Easy check in. The villa design like Bali feel, person in charge to open door during stay. Easy check in, Room is big for 4pax. Is only a toilet in room, we still can use toilet at lobby for emergency 😬

Location is good for this trip purpose. Is very clean. But the door to our room we struggled to open and thankfully the staff stay in so it was uncomfortable to know on their door at 10pm

Late check in available, but you need to able to get the owner to pick up the phone. The toilet seem abit old

Disappointed with the service provided. Booked 1 wk ahead with 2 standard rooms. However upon arrival, owber claimed Trip.com didnt send amy notification to them. I showed my payment receipt n date of my booking. I was only given a family room.. very packed room. not suitable for 4 people with only 1 bathroom and 1 aircond. I requested for refund because it was not my fault. The owner agreed but after 2 hours she declined my request thru email. This is all nonsense. Will never go bck to the villa again.

Vince Villa is full of great art and elegant decoration. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. Highly recommend this villa to anyone visiting Bukit Mertajam.

The location is good and the room cleanses is ok one drawback is people walk by outside the corridor could be noisy but it is still acceptable.

Hotel ok location good but room a bit smalll toilet small abit so far value for money

Vince Villa is a home stay and the owner is very friendly and helpful.It’s cozy,exotic and beautiful interior design.room is clean. And Wi-Fi is fast.safe and quiet even though is located beside the main road.

The house looked a little creepy and heavily filled with plantations, but it's actually nice and not that bad. Good to experience the vintage feel. Just that the room's sizes are not standardized. Some rooms are small while some are spacious but with the same price. They have all basic necessities given however no laundry machine as stated in amenities.

Third time staying with Vince villa , comfortable bed , hot shower , recommend. No towel provided , have to ask every time

Clean and nice.

The room on the first floor has a damp smell and no sunlight come in. 2nd floor is good. The location is not bad, there is something to eat not far away. And Sin Teo Hiang Biscuits is also nearby, only 3-4 minutes by car。
