Room and facilities is very comfortable and clean. Staff are friendly. They provide free parking. I like the bed and pillow. Very super comfortable to sleep in. I will come again next time when visiting penang.

I’m a business traveler. The location of Iconic Hotel is very good. Close to highway exit. And there are many restaurants and eateries outside the hotel. Basically the whole street of restaurants, cafe and convenient stores. Room size is good. My room was at lower level and I could hear traffic during day and night. Will ask for higher floor in future.

Very strategic location whereby it's convenient for eating, and there are many shops to eat and drink without driving. Overall, very nice on hotel environment, clean and tidy rooms, and good service attitude of the staff. Happy 8 years Anniversary to the hotel!!!
