The Chateau Spa & Wellness Resort recensioner

The service was very good and the welcome drink was great! Nice room and bed, we have a Mountain View room, it would be nice if we can have a higher floor, but because we checked in earlier so only the lower floor room was available.  I really enjoy my stay at the resort, and will definitely go back in the future.

It was clean and pleasant rooms but view from room wasn’t good - Breakfast was also so so There is not any activity inside resort even hotel have some inside games or attractions.

We enjoyed the room, great escape from the town during our raya break. Downside: many plugpoints were not working. Swimpools water can get too cold in the morning. Monkeys like to come to visit. No bidet in the washroom, only one toilet had it. The card access keeps losing the right access to the room door, had to approach counter twice. Restaurant could benefit by installing more fans in the outdoor seating for ventilation. The rest are great.

The stay was amazing! The personalised service and incredible staff made us feel welcome. The room and view were absolutely stunning—100% amazing. The breakfast was delicious, though at RM100+ per adult, it lacked variety especially for meat options. The meal service however was impeccable. The only minor downside was the security staff at the property entrance who came across quite unwelcoming, contrasting sharply with the otherwise warm hospitality. We want to thank especially Mark for the amazing hospitality! He was friendly, warm and completed our stay. The Chateau is 100% highly recommended for short stay and we'll be back soon :)

Very good experience for me and its my first time visit to Berjaya Hill. Also was my first time attended garden wedding in my life. Highly recommended to my friends for this accommodation😍 Excellent service for overall.

Good place for the weekend staycation, fresh air, quiet atmosphere, comfortable room, and delicious food. The only point is the lack of Chinese restaurant. Such as hotpot Or the lanzhou noodles Or Chinese BBQ

Everything is just perfect. I love all your staff they all is so friendly and really helpful. My kids really enjoy this staycation. Hope you can improve your dining options and the food quality.

Staff are very attentive n friendly ! My sister was disappointed with the Spa center’s staff -not friendly  and helpful  Over all is excellent service!

It is a nice place to have a stay with couple or family. The food is delicious, really out of my expectation

It was good… atmosphere is great for a quick gate away from the hustling and bustling of the city life.

The family room is spaces and clean. The room service for foods is good but will be better if have more varieties.

Hotel is great in all, room incredibly spacious. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Overall an excellent experience to stay here

The resort is good but it is too far almost 1 hour from Genting skyworld to the resort although it states that the straight line distance is 5.5km.
