A great spot if you need to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city life. Quiet and serene, very friendly and accommodating staff and the location is great for hiking and cycling. We truly enjoyed our weekend at Tembea Mara and this will easily be our go to destination when we need a break

We stayed nights in camping there, as a base camp to explore the Serengeti from the west corridor. We had a great time, bathrooms are fine, the restaurant is great. Only little problem: the noise from the nearby town and main road. We also walk to the top of the mountain to get the incredible view over the Victoria Lake and the Serengeti.
