Booked this place as had to catch the 5am train. So thought I'd take a chance and stay in a hostel for an experience. Well the writing was on the wall, literally. At first, it is a bit overwhelming and a bit of a shock. Then you think Ok, it's one night. I noticed a little creature when I first jumped into my bunk. I didn't think much of it as it fell down. I'll come to that! I then looked closely at "some" of the art, which was good. Upon finally getting to sleep I woke at 2am. I went to the bathroom, only to be locked in and couldn't get out. Lucky there was another away and heard me banging on the door. I left for the train and started feeling itchy and by that afternoon, I found myself covered in bites! That's right, bed bugs! All over my head, on my face and all over my arms and fingers. Never again.

Such a shame this hostel turned out to be the worse place I’ve ever stayed. First of all I have around 50 bites from bed bugs, waking up to blood on the sheets is terrible. The beds are so uncomfortable and I just felt dirty the whole time. Second of all we extended our stay to be told they booked off the beds for us. I was left without a bed for two nights because they can’t communicate with each other. Woke up to someone else being in my bed because they told them to just move my stuff. Management is shocking and just doesn’t care about the hostel at all. Thirdly, I got kicked out for supposedly badmouthing the hostel. So left me with nowhere to stay, management ignored all my calls and wouldn’t explain why I had been kicked out. I had done or said nothing wrong. I have respected this hostel and would never of been rude or disrespectful. Kitchen is always dirty, fridge is vile and the bathrooms are always dirty. Please avoid at all costs.
