The Chateau hotel was historic, charming and very comfortable but the best thing about the place were Yves and Natalie, the owners, who made us feel very welcome and went out their way to help us. The surrounding areas and villages are very pretty and the train link to Paris was efficient, every 15 minutes into the city centre. We’d definitely stay there again

I very much enjoyed my four night stay here. The owners of this place were very kind and helpful, which made my stay quite memorable. Their garden was beautifully taken care of. I also liked the breakfast, which was mainly made of home-grown material, e.g., honey, jam, etc. The owner even kindly gave me a ride to the RER station area. The price per night was also quite reasonable. The only minor problem was that the main steam heater in the room was not working when I stayed. There was an electric heater, but that was not sufficient to warm up the whole room. Finally, I would suggest two things for the future customers: 1) it would be better to call the owner so that he could pick you up at the RER station. I didn't know this, so I just walked from the station to this place. The road pavement from the station to this hotel is not really suitable for luggage with roller wheels, so it would have been better to call the owner for a pickup or hire a taxi. 2) You may want to bring your own hair conditioner because they only supply a small bottle of basic shampoo.
