Primoretz Grand Hotel & Spa

Not a 5 star hotel. The good things are that the staff are friendly and the rooms big and clean. The bad is a follows: Air-conditioning in the room is loud and doesn't work Towels are small and old Water pressure in the shower non existent The breakfast offered cheap canned juice and awful coffee, so after breakfast I went out to buy fresh juice and coffee elsewhere.

I am not sure why I'm giving this a 2. Dated. Minimum service. The food was really good in the restaurant for lunch. Otherwise. This hotel from 1959 still operates like it. No amenities they charged my son 10 lev to go to the gym. So dark and unappealing for a property at the beach. The staff acted doing you a favor. The hair drier is scary. The furniture in the room is sad and unappealing. Dingy everything The pool is very deep. The pool chairs hard and the cabana beds curtains covered in bird poop. Just really not good

Top hotel, has a very good interior. The rooms are furnished very nice. Has a very good outdoor pool. The actual hotel is huge and has many many rooms. Overall I recommend it. If you consider whether to visit or not, do not hesitate. That's all from me!

One of the prime things a hotel should do is give you a good night's sleep. A seriously firm bed that gives you back ache, thin pillows and bedding that doesn't cover the mattress do not deliver. On our second night I was dreading going to bed and had to find an array of garments to use s bedding to stay warm. Had a much better night in a basic hotel the following evening.

The perfect place to unwind, which is exactly what we had wanted to achieve. Absolutely immaculate in cleanliness. The pools were also extremely clean and the towel service invaluable. The hotels beach area could have been smartened up to match the quality of the rest of the hotel, but as it was always so windy there we opted to spend most of our relaxation time by the pools. We had no problem getting a sun lounger as we went out of school holiday season, but still in time to enjoy the sun. Breakfast was incredible! So much choice of good quality food to meet everyone's taste. Very well located near to the bus and train stations, with taxis running directly to and from the hotel. The hotel receptionist arranged for our luggage to be kept after checking out at midday as our flight was late on that day and organised our taxi to the airport that evening, leaving us to enjoy our last day by the pool. What a bonus. Plenty of places to eat nearby for all tastes and budgets. The park was fun to visit on the Sunday as there were lots of people out with their families enjoying music, ice creams, a park run and more. The Spa looked incredible, but we didn't have time to use it.

Beautiful hotel, massif comfortable bed, I didn't like the breakfast, the bread wasn't nice it made horrible toast, the ham and salami could of been better, it was a misserable atmosphere in the breakfast room, the waiters stood about like door men, the best part of our stay was the room maid on the 3rd floor, she was always happy and cleaned the room very well. it was my husbands 60th birthday, I thought they would of give him a bottle of cava in such an expensive hotel.
