We had a lovely stay at Premier Inn Burgess Hill, with a quiet room and the facilities you need when staying with two young toddlers. The staff at breakfast really made the difference though, going above and beyond to help us with anything we could need, anticipating what that would be without us needing to ask, and being super friendly to our children.

Great rooms, yes great rooms, just let down by the scruffy appearance outside - un-kept over grown car park areas, and the new restaurant for hotel guests only, meant we had to go into town to meet with friends, far from ideal - I say bring back the Beefeater and pub !

I've been staying here twice a week for the past few months for work purposes and I have to say it's one of the more friendly locations I've stayed in. The rooms are clean and temperature controlled via a in room dial. The rooms are a little tired if your gonna pic around the edges but honestly it's not a issue I've come across and the prem+ rooms when I've used them are fantastic, well equipped and VERY comfortable definitely worth the upgrade. Regarding issues I've ever had any have been rectified swiftly by the staff on shift and to a satisfactory conclusion. Now the staff, I cannot complain at all BUT two stand out by far..... Shannon & Zac! Absolute superstars these two friendly welcoming faces regularly make my nights away from my family back in Yorkshire so much more easy to the point they now know me by name and what I am likely to order for food. They honestly do go above and beyond and surely have to be inline for some kind of promotion. Would I stay here if I was paying from my own pocket ABSOLUTELY YES! also Gatwick being only 30min away is another bonus.

We were staying at the Premier Inn Burgess Hill as my Daughter was racing at English schools, we were meet by a very helpful lad called Zack who was helping two older ladies book a taxi and then apologise for our short wait while he was serving them, I was really impressed with his service and professionalism and the took the opportunity to coach a new colleague on how to book us in incredible. Zack next morning was on the breakfast side and was brilliant again with his service, really high energy and a credit to the team his service is what made the trip excellent, he wished my daughter luck for her race. Premier Inn team please do take the time to recognise 🙏 Zack as its becoming more rare now to see excellent customer service and care. Well done

Room was quiet, clean and comfortable. Heating working perfectly. What else would you need? Oh yes, Food! I have stayed here a few times and always have the fish or the scampi with chips. This time however I tried the Pizza. I don't normally like pizzas from any where other than Pizza Express they are always thick and doughy. But wow I was really delighted at what was served up this time. Nice th
