Crowne Plaza San Francisco Airport, an IHG Hotel recensioner

Hotel is close to airport, only 5 mins drive. Airport shuttle is convenience but don’t run 24 hrs. Room decoration is old but clean. Aircon is dusty. Get what you pay for.

Nice location. Not far from San Fransico airport. But it look old and there are some smell.

Clean, and they provide shuttle service to airport. Their lobster restaurant are just 5 min drive from the hotel. New England lobster market and eatery.

Good hotel for a one night stay and for the price. It is pretty old and would definitely need a refresh but it was clean overall. I’ve waited more than 40mns for the shuttle to pick me up at the airport, so be patient. Plus, and like most of the hotels that are close to the airport, it is quite noisy, especially during the night (I believe that the flights stop at 11:30PM).

A good location if you are just transiting SFO, breakfast is very nice, the room is clean, though old and wifi is very stable... VERY friendly front desk, it's my primary choice when transiting SFO if the price is right...

The Crowne Plaza hotel was built in 60s, it is still fine and the shuttle service was great.

Hotel it self is very closed to hotel. As they have their own schedule shuttle van to pick you up. For the transfer passengers is absolutely a good option. It is safe too

Overall is good, location is good for early flight next day.

Hotel is close to the airport and have shuttle bus with 30mins interval and until late at night. They give free coffee and cold water in the lobby every morning. There is restaurant inside the hotel which cook very nice carbonara. We stayed 5days and staff clean our rooms everyday. We had a wonderful stay. Thank you!

Hotel is good since I has shuttle bus to adn from the airport. The breakfast that can be purchased separately is quite good. Staff is alright. The problem is this hotel really requires innovation and clean up. The curtains in our room were covered with mold. I wouldn't stay there again.

Short layover near airport. Convenient location for an early morning flight

Check-in front desk lady not friendly didn’t even smile didn’t feel welcoming. Booking include 2 breakfast but were told the price I’m paying did not come with breakfast, overall disappointing.

pretty old but clean. there is a restaurant but not good just ok for food. the mid age asian lady in dront desk is not rude but not nice.
