We had the pleasure of staying at this resort last month, and enjoyed the insight of visiting other accommodation booked by other family members who also travelled to Norfolk for the family gathering. A continental breakfast was included in our booking and that was adequate for our needs. A full hot breakfast can be paid for separately but we didn't partake of that. The facilities are lovely. We had an upgrade to a suite, thanks to a fortunate change of heart by the people who had booked the room prior to our arrival. Our verandah overlooked the acreage gardens and the distant airport. We had an interesting experience watching some bright lights playing over the western sea at night. They remain unidentified and were flying objects so you figure it out. Bright red changing to white through orange and flying in zigzag patterns and circular patterns off the coast. Anyway, the resort is well positioned for spectacular sunset photos. Well positioned all round actually. It's an easy stroll to the RSL for the best value meal in town. Value meaning both quality and price, although I don't recommend going when the bingo is on, unless you like bingo of course. They have a great bar for a nice glass of plonk before dinner which we enjoyed with family around the large table overlooking the pool. Cars are available for hire on a daily basis. We had a white cube. Hilarious but great for fitting in wheelie walkers if you need to help out older rellies or travelling companions. The car was waiting for us at the airport. The keys were in the car. That's how you know you're on Norfolk lol. The resort has lovely gardens, friendly visiting chooks and a delightful service team. I would say 'the' place to stay from my perspective. J and T
