Premier Inn Burton On Trent East

Great location for the crematorium with plenty of car parking spaces. Friendly service from receptionist on arrival. The room could do with an uplift however it was clean, comfortable -and was very spacious. There were chocolates left which I thought was a nice touch.

Old hotel but had a nice clean room and a comfortable stay, staff very friendly when I checked in. I live near the hotel but decided to stay for the night with my girlfriend. Reasonable price, I would definitely book again to stay in the future.

Lovely greeting from reception, especially Michelle who is very friendly, happy and helpful. Hotel is nice, clean and quiet. Will be staying here again in the future! Would recommend to anyone even if it’s for a quick stop over for a night or for a couple of days :)

Loved the location of this hotel. The bar next door was very good, fab unlimited breakfast, staff was spot on expecially Alison on reception who was extremely helpful, u have a fabulous amazing member of staff who went above and beyond to make our stay more special. Would recommend. X

Michelle on reception at checkin was excellent - she made us feel very welcome, and nothing was too much trouble. All of the reception staff were friendly and helpful, as was the cleaner the one day we asked for something to be cleaned. The staff at breakfast at attached restaurant were all very friendly and helpful, especially Ashley who served us at one of the breakfasts and one evening meal. The other waitresses in the evening did their basic job, but did not seem very aware or friendly, whereas Ashley was very friendly and customer-focussed and we really enjoyed being served by her. The food at breakfast was good (although one morning the delivery was late and they had run out of eggs, mushrooms and back bacon! They arrived part-way through our meal so we were able to then have the missing items as a second course!!) Also, evening meals were a bit inconsistent. On the first evening I wanted haddock, but they didn't have any. My wife ordered an ice-cream sundae, which was lovely, but the next evening, there was very little ice cream and a lot of whipped cream on the same dessert which was disappointing after the lovely one the first night. Overall, the stay in the hotel was good and we really enjoyed the breakfasts.
