DO NOT LIVE IN THIS PLACE‼️‼️Racist‼️ I have never stayed in a hotel that expects customers to clean up before leaving‼️We are here to spend money, not to work as cleaners‼️The owner is clearly discriminating against Asians‼️discussing customers with the staff, and even insulting people‼️ This place is not a hotel at all! It's more like a motel, and the stay was extremely uncomfortable. The mattress kept sliding around, and the blanket on it had a strange smell. If you don't ask them to clean, they won't do it. The owner, named Zeina, was incredibly impolite and rude, not only shouted at me but also made racist remarks, which was completely unacceptable! The level of disrespect and discrimination I faced here is beyond belief! She communicated with customers while smoking and looking at you sideways. She even scolded customers for booking online. If you don't want people to book online, then don't list your property online! It's so hypocritical—wanting both the convenience and the control.! I repeatedly saw cockroaches in the restaurant, which was absolutely disgusting. Even the microwave had cockroaches inside when opened. It’s horrifying to think that the food served to customers might have been contaminated with cockroaches—just the thought of it makes me want to vomit. This place is a complete health hazard and should be shut down immediately. Avoid at all costs unless you want to risk your health and sanity! Terrible experience overall! Save yourself the trouble and avoid this hotel at all costs!

Cozy place for family, convenient transportation around. Close to food n shopping place.

The hotel was close to CBD and was good for family with small kids

裏面很乾凈、服務態度不錯

服務：睡到半夜有人用鑰匙開門是不是很恐怖😱😱一會兒電話又響了😱😱😱😱😱 我老公勇敢拿起了電話，對方説説是白天接待我們的前台給錯鑰匙，我們應該住另外的房間，剛才是剛入住的客人開門，呼呼，這是什麼破酒店，犯這種低級錯誤！ 既然已經給我們鑰匙，就表示房間有人入住了，就算給錯了，也可以安排住其他房間，大部分都是空着的，自己內部調節，幹嘛又給一遍鑰匙，來嚇唬我們，如果不是我老公制止，就開門進來了！膽小的還的還得要個精神損失費呢！ 管理太有問題，住了這麼多年酒店，真是第一次遇到，服務太差。 環境：性價比不高。 衞生：性價比不高。 設施：性價比不高。
