Urbanstay Busan songdo Beach recensioner

I love urbanstay self service, aka modern lifestyle whereby you just need an arranged checkin and out via your mobile, and email for quick respond from their urbanstay team! The whole process is just another disruption to the hotel chain! Perfect, nice scenic of the songdo beach along the coast, various local eateries, laid back a place you should come and stay with urbanstay! Take bus to nearest Jagachi station/ or you can also run up to Gamcheon Culture Village just 3km away from the urbanstay, which we did, so chilly and hilly.

It was the best experience ever! Amazing view, amazing room with everything I could ever wish for. Very comfortable place, it was easy to find and book in by myself.

Positives: The ocean view was amazing. Truly beautiful seaside town. You are very close to cable car station and lots and lots of food all around. I would recommend staying at this beach instead of the more expensive and busy areas. Negatives: There was a really strong smell of sewage in the toiled. We kept the door closed so it was okay but I hope this issue can be fixed because it is not pleasant at all. The room was a bit dusty and the AI Virtual help desk was a bit useless. If you need help just contact them by e-mail.

This hotel is right by the beach and so clean and cute. I really enjoyed my stay.

Lovely often view , cosy spacious room . Check in was a bit complicated . Room door digital lock wasn’t quite work initially . No proper instructions to use digital lock .

One of the best places I have stayed in my life! ✨ Super cozy rooms, and splendid view of the Songdo Bay! Nice cafés around (two inside the building, and one convenience store) ! Made my Korea visit much better experience 🙏🏻 And above all, valu for money is unbeatable!!

This is fantastic value. The room was spotless, we had an ocean view with balcony. This hotel is a shared property with Grab the Ocean. Grab the Ocean has physical staff present at the hotel, however Urbanstay does not. So before check in it is essential to check email and follow specific instructions since it all has to be down virtually. Early check in is only available for a fee. For our experience the check in process was confusing and slightly stressful, because machines were broken. But once we got that resolved we enjoyed our stay immensely and will be back again!

Was under the impression I would have a balcony due to the pictures on the site while booking the room, but other than that the room was great. A microwave in the room wouldn’t be too bad either.

The room was very clean, I’m satisfied with the service and amenities in the hotel, also there is a convenience store right in the 1st floor and a lot of restaurants near of the building and the better part is that is in front of Songdo Beach, I’m definitely coming back!:)

The check in process and service levels from the property really bring this from a 5 star stay to a 2 star. A property with lots of potential but not letting guests check in until 4pm and then wanting them gone by 11am sharp the next morning simply isn’t right. We arrived at midday and tried to check in early which was denied. Even though the room was empty from 1pm onwards. Poor service when we tried to contact them. Room itself is very nice, good WiFi, hot water and a comfortable bed. But the service makes me not want to return.
