Superb location where all my day tours pick up at next door which is Busan KTX exit 1 - 1min walk away. Basic hotel, room small but ok since I was out for almost whole day. Pretty good local style breakfast. Staff seemed a little cold, probably busy so lacking of smile and warmth. Does not allow early check in, must be 3pm and after.

The Toyoko Inn Busan No.1 offers a good value with its included breakfast and typical Toyoko Inn efficiency. However, the highly inefficient and time-consuming lift system is a significant detractor from an otherwise pleasant stay. If you can overlook the potential for extended lift journeys, it's a solid option for a budget-friendly stay in Busan.

Hotel is just beside KTX station. Excellent location to metro and plenty of eateries. Basic free breakfast provided and tasty. There is a water/ice dispenser and Wow Card machine at the lobby. The hotel equipped with locker if you need to store small luggage. Room was clean but is small, sufficient for solo traveller. Highly recommended.

I chose this hotel because it’s next to the KTX station; yes you literally see the station building in front of you when you’re at the hotel entrance. The room is small but still manageable for two with M size luggage bags. The included breakfast is simple local Korean food, few items only, from 6:30-9am. You’ll need to be there best by 8:15am, as they don’t top up the food trays after 8:30-8:45am, and the staff start clearing the place at 9am sharp. But you can still get coffee till 10am. I recommend this hotel if you need to be at the Busan subway and KTX station doorstep. The location is indeed very convenient.

Fantastic location which next to KTX station, metro lines, bus stations. Staffs are friendly, the room was ok but clean, the lift was slow, the breakfast was so so but have a nice view to look at city.

I really love the location! It’s just 3mins from Busan Station and there’s a lot of restuarants, cafes and convenient stors around there. The staffs are so kind.

I didn't request for cleaning service as we need to be out of the room during hotel specific cleaning timing. Every morning the hotel will hang fresh towels and a bottle of water at the door if no cleaning service is needed. The room is quite small but the location is perfect, just a few steps away from the Busan Station with lots of restaurants, fast food, convenience shops and cafe. Very near to Chinatown and walking distance to 168 stairs. The hotel did make an effort to provide different choices of breakfast everyday.

Value for money. Great just for a home base, not for relaxing etc as room was small. Mattresses have seen better days, time for a change (note to hotel mgmt). Breakfast was no frills but tasty.

Hotel is located next to busan station. It’s convenient to take the train to seoul. There are many shops, restaurant, food street. Highly recommended

Near Busan Station, good room, bed and staff friendly. Good internet, bed, silence room. Near Chinatown street and restaurants.

Stayed for 2 nights. The hotel was just across the Busan Station 1 and walking distance to most establishments. Though the room including the toilet&bath is small, it is complete with amenities (like Japanese style). Hot and cold showers, bathtub, hair blower, water heater for coffee and tea, slippers, small vault for valuables. They provided toiletries and pajamas (just collect at the lobby area). Note: toothbrush and toothpaste not included. No cabinet but can place your luggage under the bed. Free breakfast. No microwave inside the room but at the lobby area where you can have water, coffee and tea from the vending machine. They have a laundry area too so you cannot bring much clothes. The only downside for me is that, check-in time is at 4pm and check-out at 10am, so better adjust and manage your timing. You can leave your luggage at the reception area if you arrive so early. So far, I had a comfortable, peaceful and relaxing sleep during my stay. Cleanliness was never questionable. I look forward to staying here again.

Location is good to nearby Busan station, Metro, ***** bus. Delicious breakfast and hygiene.

Room is very clean & comfortable. Location was easy to access to different areas. Love to visit again & stay there. Breakfast so delicious. Total experience so excellent! Staff so friendly & approachable!
