I recently stayed at Louis Hotel in Busan and had a really pleasant experience. The location is super convenient — close to public transport, shops, and local eateries, which made exploring the city easy and fun. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. I especially appreciated the cozy bed and the modern bathroom. The staff were kind, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile, which added a warm and personal touch to my trip. Overall, Louis Hotel offered great value for the price. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay in Busan. Would love to come back!

I choose this hotel because it was near to airport just for one night, my booking check in was from 3 pm to 11pm, i went 3:30 but there was one stupid lady that who can’t speak English and didn’t let me check in, she just pointed with hand 6 pm, waste my time , my day and make me angry, that hotel don’t deserve stupid lady👋 room is big, but location is so far from everything except airport

Perfect location for the end of the 4 rivers cycling path near bus station and many restaurants friendly staff comfortable bed

TBH, this hotel is over our expectations. Firstly, the front desk staff provided free room upgrade since i guess not many guests booked hotel that day due to Typhoon. Secondly, there was no breakfast during weekdays which shown wrongly on trip.com so we complained to trip.com. And then the trip.com staff called hotel staff 4 times to confirm. The staff were not angry to us, instead, he was patiently explaining the reasons to us, and we understood it was mainly trip.com issue. Sasang is not a place for regular travellers to pick hotels, so Louis is already one of the best options if you need that location and a affordable price.

Location and room condition was great compared to the price of the room!
