Carpark provided 👏 Early check in 👏 Clean 👏 Location 👏 View of beach 👏 Elevators very slow and always busy, the doors shut very quickly, my friend got jammed in between the doors and hurt her arm ❌ Noisey during sleep hours ❌ No air con ❌ Random people walking down hallways and knocking on our door ❌ We had to return to reception twice for new key cards as ours stopped working and wouldn’t open our room door. ❌

Very near to the nearby attractions and there are lords of eateries around the hotel area.. room is big n spacious.

It was a great stay! View was good. Hotel is very clean. Service was good. Recommend to stay here! Only comment is bathroom could be bigger if there is refurbishment of rooms next time 🙂

had an amazing stay at Kolon Seacloud Hotel! The location right on Haeundae Beach is unbeatable, offering breathtaking ocean views from the room, especially during sunrise. It’s the perfect place if you want to relax by the beach or take a leisurely stroll along the shoreline

Good experience! Service was ok but the only bad thing is there's no luggage storage and we have to pay. location about 10 minutes walk from the haeundae mrt, view was good as we had the partial sea view and the room was very big too.

The location very good. But no shower cup,comb,toothbrush and sanitary bag. The dustbin too small for family person.

Location is great, close to the beach and the subway is just a short walk away.

cleaness is not bad but not great. However the location can cover it. Perfect location. close to most of tourist spot.

Definitely not a four star hotel. Good for families as the room is large. Scarce with amenities, but nice to have a full size refrigerator and kitchenette. Rooms that face the beach do have a view, albeit partially blocked by the hotel across the street. Be aware that the street noise on beach facing rooms is quite loud. Very convenient in its location (close to bus and metro).

Good location and near the food street.recommend to get the sea view room. You get to see the beautiful pinky sky during sunset. Near to beach. I would say just downstairs. About 7 mins to daiso. Cheap purchase for anything u miss. I would come here again if I come to Busan. The price of the breakfast too steep to me. I recommend going downstairs to eat any cafe breakfast or pork bone soup!

We definitely enjoyed the location, size of room & great view of Haeundae Beach. Location is really good as it is walking distance to Haeundae subway, beach, traditional market, Busan X Sky and sea capsule station. Check-in was a breeze and staff is generally helpful. What we didn't like was the inconsistency of housekeeping (one of the day, some of our trash was not thrown out and the beds were left unmade). Also, the facilities is a bit old - the shower head in our bathroom leaked and should have been replaced.

I loved this hotel! Right by the beach, sea life aquarium, and yummy restaurants! The room was spacious and comfortable! Will be returning for my next trip to Busan!
