Hotel Aqua Palace recensioner

Location and view are amazing, unfortunately I have to agree with the other reviews in relation to everything else. The hotel did not serve breakfast despite the website saying so, and the room and general areas are worn down or just not even finished. The room appeared to be half decorated. Also to note, the windows on the higher floors have no security locks and swig wide open…I was solo travelling but would not have felt safe if kids were in the room. The toilet flush didn’t work, the bathroom smelled strong of sewerage and the aircon also didn’t work at all. The lady at the front desk tried her best, but I wouldn’t recommend this hotel if you want to relax in Busan, there are far better places within the same price range.

Excellent facilities and convenient location. Perfect spot for a relaxing holiday with breathtaking views and hygiene.

Not very family friendly. However best view of the beach. Can see the whole drone show and beautiful sunrise too. Location is super convenient. Just not much facility to use. Right in the core of tourist area and lots of dining options.

Place is decent for the price, however the location to travel out to other areas abit of walking distance. Customer service can be improved by using better language used.

The floor carpet was too old, dirty, and the room had a moldy smell so I couldn't sleep. Avoid this hotel.

바람도 쐬고 맛있는거 먹고 힐링할겸 찾았는데 광안리 바다 바로 앞에 위치해서 접근성고 좋고 탁 트인 바다뷰가 너무 좋았습니다. 방문한날 조식은 이용이 불가해서 아쉬웠지만 호텔 내에서 수영장과 사우나까지 이용가능한 편의시설이 있어서 데이트나 가족여행으로 이용하기에도 딱입니다.

가족여행이라 침대 방으로 안하고 온돌이 있는 곳이고 넓은 방이라 예약했는데 정말 식구들한테 미안했어요 문열고 들어왔는데 수용소같은 느낌에 바닥 나무는 다 벌어져서 균열이 있었고 벽지는 뜯어져 누더기였고 청소 상태는 더러웠어요 여기저기 머리카락이 돌아 다니고 여기는 사장님이 각성을 하셔야 할듯 하네요 정말 광안리를 좋아하는데 최악의 호텔이 아니고 민박집이네요 다시는 여기는 예약안할거예요

리모델링 안 된 객실은 절.대. 예약하지 마세요. 그냥 귀신의 집입니다. 예약할 때 리모델링 여부 안 나와 있어서 사진 보고 예약했는데 체크인하고 진짜 식겁했어요. 바로 전화해서 10만원 더 결제하고 룸 업그레이드 했습니다. 리모델링 돼 있고 바다 반 보이는 뷰었는데 좋았어요. 침대는 트윈이 없어서 더블에서 잤는데 엄청 많이 흔들리니 꼭 트윈하세요. 호텔이 피트니스나 수영장으로 수익을 어느 정도 내니 건물 관리에 크게 신경 쓰지 않는 것 같아요. 전반적으로 별로긴 한데 광안리 근접성 생각하면 참을만 합니다. 무엇보다 직원분들 모두 친절하고 대응 빠르고 최선을 다 하셔서 좋았어요.

친구들과 여행을 왔는대 일단 뷰가 장난이 없습니다. 그리고 저희는 2박3일있었는데 2번째날에 직원분이 와서 물도 채워주시고 방도 청소해주시고 수건도 넉넉히 갔다주십니다 그리고 옥상에 전망대뷰가 진짜 좋습니다 부산여행오면 이 숙슈에 다시 머물고싶네요…!!

야경뷰맛집입니다. 해수욕장도 가깝고 드론쇼하는 저녁시간에는 21층 스카이라운지 개방으로 드론쇼를 편히 볼수 있습니다. 위치도좋고 가성비 좋네요. 다만 히터에서의 소음과 방음이 안되어 이부분만 개선되면 최고일것 같습니다.

호텔 완전 광안리 바로 앞이라 접근성 좋구요. 1층에 네컷 사진 찍는곳도 있어서 들어오는 길에 추억 남기기도 좋습니다. 방 시설도 좋고, 뷰 없음 방인데도 바다가 조금 보이는 방이라 개방감이 있습니다. 인피니티풀, 워터파크, 수영장, 사우나 등 부대시설도 붙어 있습니다.
