Absolutely fantastic panoramic view and great value for what you can get. Location is somewhat good if you enjoy a beach stroll but it is very cold in winter right now especially in the freezing winds. It is actually not very close to the shops/restaurants and the Haeundae market is about 15mins walk away so if you want local street foods, it is not at the best location. It has a hotel-like concierge but no room cleaning service and you have to separate and clean up your rubbish when you leave or you will get fined. I guess that's where they cut cost and keep the nightly rate relatively low. Be advised that all power points are Korean style and everything is in Korean so make sure to bring adaptors and keep Papago handy

The reception counter is actually at a basement. Need to ask around to get there (there are 3 reception counters for 3 different properties). After checking in, someone will bring you up to your room. Room is super spacious, nice harbour/ sea view and comfortable. Value for money. It is not near to the metro, but it is super near to the haeundae beach (oh yes, there was Christmas light ups at the beach). Everything is within walking distance, and a nice salt bread store just across the road. Nice place to catch sunrise… our family enjoyed this room. There are many restaurants just downstairs…. And just few mins walk to the SkyPark blue rail…. ❤️❤️❤️ Will definitely recommend and consider this place if I’m ever back to Busan. There is a straight bus (abt an hr ride) from Busan Train station or about 25 mins by a taxi. Not too far….

Best stay in a long time...if you are booking in that price range, there can not be a better option. Sky capsul is just a walking distance. The staff is always smiling, the reception is in a different tower, instead of trying to figure out just ask the guards. Like many other reviews, the only regret is why didn't stay more nights... lols

Spacious units and fairly clean. However, not easy to locate hotel . Have to do your own trash with limited room service.

服務：明知道訂了房但是沒有人聯繫我們問幾點到，也找不到前台，自己想辦法聯繫他們，誰能想到前台在地下4層？加了微信，以為有管家服務，回消息非常慢。連住中途也不會來搞衞生，丟個浴巾和水在門口就走了。 衞生：過得去，但是浴缸臟，有****忘了拍了 設施：㈠差評！床頭沒辦法充電！沒有插座口！枕頭很大很厚，睡得你腰痠背痛脖子痛。㈡就算是主卧也很單調，不好看，很小整個房間衹有主卧廁所好看，客廳也不好看，完全出不了片..3️⃣除了主卧，次卧不帶衞生間，住起來很不方便，小次卧帶衞生間，但是竟然放的1.2米的床，絕了.. 位置：位置還是挺方便的有一説一 性價比：很低，後悔莫及，我是3000一晚，住的這裏，如果1000左右還過得去。 總而言之，房裡很多東西用不到，大但是沒有什麼*用，不出片不好看也不實用。因為沒有什麼額外的設施，空間就是浪費

해운대 바다위에서 떠있는 고층 숙소였습니다. 늦은 체크인으로 수고해주신 친절한 김도경님께 감사드립니다. 바다가 보이는 큰방 3개와 화장실3개로 세명 모두 편하게 지냈으며 매우 깨끗하고 넓은 코너의 거실과 우아한 주방까지 만족스러웠습니다

飯店後面就是X the sky 和海邊，尾浦膠囊列車和海岸列車入口也在不遠處想去水族館也在附近喲～ 想去這些地方還有想欣賞海景可以選擇這裡喲！坪數都很大間，適合四個人以上的家庭👍😌

首先房間很大，就在海灘旁邊周邊星巴克超市很多，但是大家需要注意，三層是lobby，chack in他在地下B4一定記住啊！！我是找了好久好久，真的無語，辦理好入住後會有工作人員帶你上樓介紹房間設施這點還是很好的。

花這樣的錢可以住到這樣品質的飯店，可謂是超值！ 超值的點還有，花這樣的錢，得到了3個房間（其中兩個有廁所及浴室）、1個大客廳、1個大廚房加飯廳。 我們總共住了6天，有非常好的體驗。 服務很好，設備也齊全，尤其廚房更是好，可以讓我們在在韓國得到更好的美食體驗；洗衣機及烘衣機可以減少我們帶行李的量，很讚！ 位置也不錯，就在海雲台沙灘旁邊，飯店旁邊就有24小時的豬肉湯飯。 我們住在第93樓，景色非常美。 入住時的check in位置在gate10的門走進去，第一次去幾乎都會找不到。

51층 바디뷰 객실로 해운대 주변 접근성도 좋으며 가족들 모두 만족한 숙소 었어요

고층으로 배정해주셔서 너무즐겁게 지냈어요. 가족모임으로는 최고의 숙박시설 마천루에서 회 먹으며 보는 야경은 진짜 최고

깔끔하고 좋습니다 27층 뷰 입니다 가족여행 및 친구들하고 오기 좋습니다 바람이 많이 부는것 말고는 단점음 없습니다 ㅎㅎ

酒店位置便利、景观很棒。 空调不制冷，室温永远高於24度，甚至是30、35度，房间很热尤其在午后日晒，雖然开整日打空调，很吵，但永远无法达到涼爽感（24），夏季很不舒服。 三个淋浴房及卫生间的拉门故障无法关闭，影响居住及睡眠，淋浴间会积水。 每天都有提供矿泉水、毛巾及圾垃袋，需自行処理。 感覺是住在五星的建築裡，但是內装及服务是一般民宿的生活水平。
