Beautiful, cosy 2-family house "Urdaibai", renovated in 1996. In a secluded, quiet position, 8 km from the sea, in the woods. Private: property, beautiful garden 300 m2 with lawn and trees. Pergola (25 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: billiard table. Stepped path (17 steps) to the house. Parking at the house. Supermarket 3.5 km, restaurant 3.5 km, bus stop 3.5 km, sandy beach 5 km. Tennis 3.5 km. Nearby attractions: Gernika 8 km, Marismas de Urdaibai 8 km, Bilbao 43 km, Museo Guggenheim 43 km, Puerto de bermeo 8 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence. The property is ideal for guests looking for peace and quiet amongst nature, only 10 mins from 3 beaches. We were warmly welcomed by the landlady who lives next door. The apartment is beautiful, well furnished in a very quiet location at the top of the mountain. Only the approach is quite steep, with many tight curves. Overall a great week in Busturia.
