Good and pleasant stay here near the city, the only bad part was the soundproofing is very poor(0 star), we woke up many times early in the morning

The space is fulfilled as per the photo.. the only thing is they don’t provide indoor slippers.. u can bring your own your just wear yours..

Great hotel with a good environment. Good services and great hospitality. The bed is very comfortable and the hotel is nice and clean.

The hotel is located in a light industrial area and it's quiet at night. It's new and clean. Parking is available but limited to about a dozen. 3 EV chargers are also available. The room is quite small and the queen bed is small too. Sound proofing is bad. The room door is heavy and when it close, it slams. You can easily hear people talking too. There's a water dispenser and ironing board near the lift. A Chinese restaurant is a few mins walk away. A RM100 deposit is required and there's some local tax on top of the room charge.

New & Clean around industrial area with Hotel carpark. Near Jln Raja Uda within min by drive not walk. We book family superior room for 3 but with issue only 1 door card. Toilet is not wheelchair user friendly with high stair. After office hours is a like dead town nothing happening unless to Aroma Hotel area. Need car to travel around Bagan/Butterworth, BM n Penang.

A simple hotel located in an industrial area that is considered clean. Nearby there is a coffeeshop that operates on Sun, other than that, the surrounding is quiet on Sunday. Maintainance work needed on the toilet rack as it was already broken when we checked in. Room toilet should improvised with more hooks for dry clothes to be hanged.

Inside hotel room no Water Heater , The hot water needs to go to the elevator. No trash can in the room. The room is clean and big, the toilet is also big, the water is strong, and the shampoo bottle is big.

Bagan Suite provided a peaceful retreat in the heart of Bagan. The suite was comfortable, the staff were friendly, and the location was convenient for exploring the temples. Recommended for a tranquil stay.
