We had stayed at the sister property in Moonee Beach the night before and this one was a bit rundown in comparison, but the cabins have an equally good layout. Air conditioning doesn't work so well but the cabins do have it. The cabins are quite close here and lots of people walking around can see in your windows unless you close the shades. Very busy campground with lots of kids running around all day long. Laundry facilities are available for a fee. Anything the resort is lacking is made up for by the beachfront location. Absolutely phenomenal! Watch dolphins swimming in the bay. Walk to Cape Byron lighthouse or into town for restaurants and shops. We went sea kayaking and that was just a short walk away as well. There is a restaurant on site that has decent options for breakfast and lunch - and what looked like an elegant dinner menu (although we didn't try it ourselves) from a romantic clifftop location with the waves rolling in below you.

There was an issue with our booking and the staff were extremely unhelpful in rectifying. I found the customer service to be extremely poor and expected that staff would work to resolve rather than remind us of their T&Cs. Will never stay there again

We were very disappointed with our stay at Reflections. The shared facilities were filthy with no toilet paper or paper towel to dry hands; I didn’t see them being cleaned for the duration of our 3 night stay. The staff were also unfriendly and unhelpful. The only redeeming feature of this park is its location: do yourself a favor and find other accommodation!

Immaculately kept grounds, great facilities. We stayed at a powered site for 2 nights. Heaps of space, easy to park up, green spaces everywhere. Lovely gardens provide shade and privacy. Professionally set out, also enjoyed the wildlife (goanna and bush turkeys).

What a fantastic little park, great location, beautiful greenery and views of the beach from our site, nice little camp kitchen nearby and amenities really well looked after. Wendy in reception was lovely and super helpful, will definitely be back!

They don’t allow you to change the dates. I lost my deposit and they just have very unclear booking policies. Also last time the tent site was all in water and full of mud. Unfortunately it is a good location but there is not good polices to respect the clients.

The te emotion staff were e belle t - friendly and accommodating given I stuffed up my booking. The location is fantastic - a short stroll to town along the beach, and the light house is a longer walk but still walkable. The sites seem to be nearly all quite sloping. It meant chocking our jockey wheel quite high and we still weren’t level which was disconcerting (felt like we might topple). The bathrooms, while renovated, were filthy. Blocked toilets, and tissue and hair in showers which seemed to be cleaned only once a day, which is a shame as it lets an otherwise good park down. Expensive.

We chose this park as it has not been commercialised- no pools of jumping pillows, lots of maintained gardens & bushland. A bit like camping in a rainforest. There are multiple camp kitchens and the amenities are excellent. Great showers, plenty of toilets, and the laundry facilities were great. Direct walking access onto the beach and a cafe at the entrance with delicious breakfast, coffee, smoothies etc. Walk / ride into town where there are so many restaurants, cafes & grocery stores. If you don’t want to use a car you wouldn’t have to. There are plenty of bike hire places aswell.

Excellent Holiday Park right on the beach and close to the CBD. The reception was very helpful and signed us up to the loyalty scheme for discount. We also had one of the best sites at the very end of the caravan powered sites. Backed up to the fence overlooking the beach and right next door to the bush. We had wildlife visit us the whole time we were there which was 2 nights. Bush Turkeys and Water Dragons were our most common visitors. The amenities were great and very clean. We didn't use the camp kitchen but this place has everything you'd want or need. A local pizza van came in one night and cooked pizzas on site so we had to try them and knocked one down with a few bevies.
