While on a dive trip to the area I spent seven nights. The location is next to a good bakery, a fishmongers and a supermarket in a very quiet street 1 min walk from bars, restaurants and the sea. The appartament, on the first floor, was self contained with a bathroom with shower, small but well appointed kitchen area with pots pans plates, KFS, and cups etc. and a studio bedroom/living room with TV and WIFI. All is new and in a moden style. The appartament was also very clean. A lift is also available, great for heavy suitcases. Outside the appartaments is a seeting area, and there is a roof top terrace with seating and lounge chairs. Clothes washing facilities are also available. The staff are helpful and friendly. What more could you ask for. I would have no hesitation in recommending yhese appartaments to others.

Valoración realizada para un día entre semana. Positivo: ubicación cerca del puerto para actividades y cercano de numerosos restaurantes, bares y cafeterías. Es una calle poco transitada, por lo que en ese sentido hay poco ruido. Estudio correcto para 2 personas, con mobiliario y cocina básico para una estancia de más de un día. Camas cómodas de tamaño medio. Muy limpio. Buena atención al hacer el check in. No hay parking y justo en esa zona es como un casco antiguo por lo que hay que aparcar o en el puerto o algo más retirado, que no es mucho si no es temporada alta. A mejorar: no es cómodo para los que les molesta la luz al dormir, hay una farola cerca y la puerta, de cristal ahumado podría tener una cortina para evitar que entrara esa luz, con el amanecer ocurre lo mismo. Es bueno que se informe que a partir de cierta hora no se puede hacer ruido en las zonas comunes de acceso a las habitaciones, hay huéspedes que se reúnen para fumar o hablar por teléfono. Una cartelería vendría bien como recordatorio a las normas al hacer la reserva. En este sentido, empeora la puntuación global.

Apartamento pequeño pero con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días, estaba muy limpio y nuevo. Para aparcar en temporada baja fue fácil pero en temporada alta seguro que no es tan fácil. El ascensor era muy lento, solo lo utilizamos para subir las maletas.

Vamos a bucear con Islas Hormigas y nos quedamos en estos apartamentos que están justo al lado, en pleno centro del puerto. Están bien, limpios con una mini terracita, aire acondicionado, tan sólo la cama no es lo comoda que desearía.

Los apartamentos están muy bien, limpios, muy bien equipados y en una ubicación perfecta para los buceadores o quienes quieran disfrutar de cabo de palos, nos atendieron genial, a pesar de haber cancelado la estancia en varias ocasiones por mal tiempo, sin duda repetiremos.
