The place is a bit hard to find but it’s on a central street with plenty of things to do around. The rooms were modern and clean, the owner is very sweet and helpful with a lot of recommendations. His English is not not the greatest but with a bit of help of Google translate, we didn’t have any problems to communicate. There is a kitchen that can be used and a very lovely balcony to have a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. Grazie!

Great location, clean comfortable bed. Breakfast is a 2 minute walk up the street to Café Antico, a very well known café. Be aware there are 20 steps up to the elevator. You must use the elevator after that as the stairway is blocked. You are in an apartment, with 2 other guest rooms, all right next to each other. Expect a little noise. The gentleman who checked us in was nice but had very limited English. If you arrive by car figure out parking ahead of time as the street is pedestrian only. Reasonable parking 8 minute walk.

We enjoyed our stay here. The room the Figurative art room was great and en suite bathroom was good. Air con a relief after hot days and the room was clean and changed regularly. The kitchen has a fridge and kettle to use and nice balcony to sit on in the evening. Breakfast is not served at the location but a 100m walk away with vouchers at a nice cafe where you get a coffee, bread , pastry and juice. The place is located above the shop Louise and so can be tricky to find. Downside was the late check in charge of 15 euro seeing as the owner lives below. We also tried to confirm or late check in by the concierge app which was sent which is useless. We ended up paying 20 euro for late check in on that , he gave a 10 euro refund. The host was helpful in giving a map and attractions. Barring the late charge i would give it 5 stars.

I love going to domino’s so so much because I had fun at jubilee park and lots of people were there too and they were just so excited about jubilee park and they had fun even it was a very nice location

Lovely place in the centre of Cagliari. Very close to best restaurants, bars and ice cream shops. Bus stops are in the vicinity. You will be welcomed by a wonderful host. I highly recommend this place.

siamo stati qui nei giorni delle feste di Pasqua. tutto era come descritto e le foto erano rispondenti alla realtà. il bb si trova nella via dello shopping ma si soggiorna in perfetto silenzio. il balconcino era perfetto per godere del fresco pomeridiano . il sig salvatore e la sua equipe ci hanno coccolati e siamo tornati contenti a casa. ritorneremo luigi fiorentino

Accolti dal luminoso e sereno Salvatore, ti senti come a casa. Simpatica l'idea delle camere a tema. Bella"Move", cinema. Ancor di più "Figurative Arts". Ottima pulizia. Arredi nuovi. Terrazzino panoramico e dolcemente ventilato, nella zona lounge, comune. Camere silenziose e posizione strategica. Da ritornarci🤗

Die Lage ist perfekt im Zentrum, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten erreicht man zu Fuß. Sehr freundliches Team. Es ist supersauber, überall im Hotel! Das Bett ist bequem. Der Hotelbesitzer ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück ist wirklich Klasse.

Ottimo posto, in pieno centro, tranquillo e confortevole. Bella camera spaziosa, terrazza sensazionale, molto pulita, letto e cuscini comodi, colazione abbondante in un ristorante vicino, che offre tutto per iniziare la giornata. Consigli e raccomandazioni molto preziosi su ristoranti e gelaterie, una mappa con indicazioni di luoghi che vale la pena vedere, un contatto piacevole con la straordinaria proprietaria! Lo consiglio e sarò lieto di tornare!!!
