The hotel was clean and very well located, which I appreciated. However, I was given a room with a connecting door to the neighboring room (which I did not request), and unfortunately, the soundproofing was very poor — I could clearly hear the conversations from next door. There was also unexplained water seepage from a wall in the bathroom, not from the shower area, and it remained damp regardless of usage. This affected the overall comfort of the stay.

Hello. The hotel location was excellent. The room was clean but average. The bed was uncomfortable and the decor was spartan. Adequate but nothing special. The breakfast was limited though the setting on the upper floor was a plus. They would due well to take better advantage of the stunning rooftop space they have available. The staff were polite and helpful.

I really liked this hotel! It's walking distance from the train station and the marina and lies within the historical city centre. The staff was really friendly and accomodating. The room was very clean and especially the bathroom, thanks to the cleaning lady! She does an amazing job. The bed and pillows were comfortable. In short, this hotel was great. Breakfast was also decent. I can recommend!

Cosy small hotel with super location - close to train and bus stations and central streets, very nice open terrace on the roof where you can enjoy your breakfast, the hotel staff is very friendly 🙏

В целом отличный отель в центре города. Номер чистый, хорошая кровать, белое постельное белье. Нас, к сожалению, подвели в части раннего завтрака с собой, который мы обсудили при заселении, но при выезде никто ничего для нас не сделал - неприятный осадок остался (администратор очень извинялся, что информацию о завтраке с собой не передали).

Posizione fantastica ,a due passi dalla Stazione FS e da quella dei Pullmann,oltre che alla fermata degli autobus x il Poetto, di fronte al Palazzo Rinascente,su una via piena di ristoranti. Stanza tripla grande e pulitissima, bagno molto piccolo ma con tutto l'occorrente..Letti comodissimi con prese corrente a portata di mano. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile. Hotel tuttora in ristrutturazione. Colazione discreta.

Ubicación inmejorable en una calle céntrica pero tranquila de noche. Varios restaurantes en la misma calle muy buenos y cómodos. Desayuno en la terraza muy correcto
