Just to help someone else to reserve .don’t know the details

The hotel is centrally located Rooms are nice and clean although We wanted single large bed but we offered two separate ones They are very particular about check out at 1000 Most of the hotels at least give one hour relaxation but they were adamant at 10 No room cleaning was done on the second day and the lockers did not work Breakfast is quite standard nothing exceptional Overall a comfortable stay but I really wish to check out at 1100

We stayed 2 nights, 1 night on 1st floor near the pool and another on 2nd floor. I wouldn’t recommend to stay on 1st floor, the room was damp and had couple mosquitoes, and you can hear everything from the pool. The room on 2nd was much better.

Strong smell of paint which is very bothering. Otherwise it’s good.

立地がよく、ナイトマーケットやケアンズstまで徒歩で行くことができました！ 清潔感に関しては、1日目に小さな虫が見られましたが、その後は居なくなった為、何かの理由で入ってしまったと考えられます。 日本人スタッフがおり、わからないことがあれば聞くことができるので、英語が苦手な方は良いと思いました！

酒店地理位置不錯，離開夜市、出海碼頭以及超市和主街都不遠，設施有些陳舊，接待服務人員較為熱情，行李寄存方便

忘了拍照了，這個酒店比預料好太多，雖然整個酒店不大，但是房間很大很舒適，還有個露天陽台可以吹到自然風，酒店看起來有點老舊但是挺整潔乾淨的，聽説凱恩斯酒店沒有被子還有點擔心，但這裏給了一個毯子，睡得很舒服。特別好的是如果你不需要每天的清潔服務，可以換成每天10澳元的店內消費額度，可以用來購買飲品和酒店早餐券，而且每天還是會幫你帶走房間的垃圾，前台接待也非常好。

離景點還是有點距離，好在凱恩斯整體都不大，環境還可以，服務也不錯，值得一試

Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Ontbijt was ok. Het hotel heeft onderhoud nodig...met name de badkamer is verouderd...kit randen zijn gedateerd evenals de tegels. Bed was goed...de douche was warm en had een goede druk. Kortom geen zeer luxe verblijf maar verouderd met vriendelijk personeel

酒店位置屬於市區，去各個景點我都是步行的。 前台很熱情，房間也很乾凈，一樓有公共廚房洗衣房游泳池。晚上挺安靜的。

位置，設施均可，面積較大，房型適合於家庭出遊，價格公道。房間裏有廚房用具，碗/碟/杯/刀等齊全。這家酒店是這次出遊綜合性最好的酒店。

房間很乾凈整潔，周圍環境優雅，十分安靜！關鍵是服務非常耐心，到位，令人感動！去的當天，手機落在出租車上，前台幫助尋找，並用私人手機聯繫我的家人，報平安，此後的行程都是這家酒店的前台幫忙查詢，確定的！全程耐心細緻的服務，令人感到十分温暖，賓至如歸！感謝！
