Sunshine Tower Hotel recensioner

The hotel staff are nice and friendly. Even i accidentally set off the smoke alarm causing half of the residents evacuated, they did not complain a single word.

Bad overall experience, no WiFi for 4 days, barely any housekeeping, broken curtains and light seeping in through the room on your face right from 6 am in the morning forcing you out of sleep. Many better hotels available at much better rate right next to the esplanade. Book those.  Really bad experience for the rate charged by the hotel.  P.S - The buffer breakfast (prepaid) was really bad with hardly any options and all decent options including coffee were for extra charge.

There was an obvious and large stain on my bedsheet when I checked in the first day. I wonder if the house keeper had it changed. At one late night, there was a false alarm going off. Many customers gathered at the lobby for 15 minutes. Finally, a staff just told us the fact without any apologies. What a poor quality hotel it is. Last but not least, over the 4 night stay, the wifi in my room was not working. No remedy was offered. It was blamed on the cyclone, but the wifi in the lobby was normal .

Customer Service was absolutely fantastic and room was excellent

The unit had a range hood but no range The power points were placed where a contortionist skills were required to access Although there was sufficient space for a full sized fridge, there was only a bar fridge with a broken rack in the bottom. Lost a full bottle of wine when it dropped out and hit the floor The bathroom was tired and the paint was peeling There was signs of water damage along the skirting boards The one PowerPoint that could be seen and accessed had no face plate and appeared burnt out, it didn’t work The reception staff were very helpful and gave us an extension cord for my husband’s CPAP machine but that was unsafe as it trailed across the room Finally we were shown where the power points were located. The most ridiculous design I have ever seen over several years of travel. Under the fixed side tables and unable to be accessed!!! Both remotes were held together with gaffer tape. There were no bedside lamps. The door lock was cheap and could easily have been broken into. All in all not my best experience but the reception staff deserve a star for their helpfulness. Would not recommend this hotel.

Good shower head. May have loud neighbours in rooms on fri night.

這間酒店的衛生極差，第一晚房間的洗手間有很多紅火蟻，一進去洗手台上大概有20多隻，到了晚上天花板會充滿着蚊子，紅火蟻及蚊子殺死了仍會繼續出現，所以第二天便選擇換房。而所有工作人員的態度十分良好。都盡量幫我解決問題，十分友善。 但第二天換了房間，洗手間依然有很多螞蟻及蚊子，而且還出現了蟑螂，情況十分惡劣。 絕對不會再選擇！

酒店入住時間是下午 去早了要等待至少到中午一點可以入住的 酒店裝修很新 但是離夜市和碼頭要走二十分鐘的路程 但是確實房間大還新 還便宜點

少し中心部からは離れていましたが、歩いて10分程度だったので問題なかったです。 お部屋もきれいで快適に過ごせました。 窓からの眺めも良かったです✨ 掃除サービスはなく、フロントでのタオル交換がタイミングが合わないとできなかったので、そこだけ不便でした💦

夜間から早朝は､フロントがあいてませんので、時間帯を確認する必要があります。歩いて移動できる繁華街近くの立地です。 朝食､特別ではありませんが、良かったです。ドリンクは持参または有料注文です。落ち着いたフロントロビーフロアで頂けます お部屋はシンプルです､簡単なキッチンがありました。プールジャグジーは簡易的なもので、遊ぶほど大きくないです。 コンセントアクセサリーを忘れてしまいましたが、フロントで貸してくれました､親切でした。 旅慣れた人なら、特に不足点､不満はないと思います

11月末、雨季の初めに当たってしまい、土砂降りの中朝の4時に着いてしまって6時くらいにホテルに着き、ホテルが閉まっててどうしようと思っていたら、ホテルにいた滞在者に開けてもらった。　　 ホテルの中は清潔感あり、とてもリラックス出来た。 アーリーチェックインもしてくれて、対応もとても良かったけど、アメニティーは、ほとんどなく、固形の石鹸とシャンプー、リンスの小さいのが一つ。 7日間までは、タオルのチェンジもアメニティーの追加もなし… 夏でムシムシしてるのになと思いながら、オーストラリアは、ほとんどタオルチェンジがないから（水不足とか資源を守る為）仕方ないと思った。 ロケーションは、メインの所から10分くらいだからと思っていたけど、ベビーカー連れては、中々遠かった。 ホテルの人の対応や清潔感を含めると、まー良かったと思う。

Sunshine tower 太讚了，常來凱恩斯，之前因為懶得走都是訂主灘附近的希爾頓，住了Sunshine Tower 真的非常值，帶有公寓性質，房間裏什麼都有，也能自己去coles 買食材回來加熱，前台非常的友好，環境也非常舒適，每天一早一開窗就和陽光打招呼，以後繼續住自己！

房間整潔，接待熱情，早餐豐富有魚有肉有水果，但咖啡飲料要付費，到碼頭要走20多分鐘

極其糟糕的一次住宿體驗！！！我們晚上10點到達陽光塔酒店（sunshine tower hotel）時，大門緊閉。電話聯繫（幸虧我們還能用英語溝通）才知道，進門要按門口的電子密碼鎖密碼，進大廳後找不到鑰匙，溝通半天才明白房間鑰匙鎖在牆上的密碼箱中。進入房間，各項設施遠不及南十字星酒店。查看note paper 才發現check in時間是8am—8pm，而不是攜程給出的14:00–00:00（次日）小時。酒店位置離市中心也較遠，感覺就是在郊區。總之，攜程提供了錯誤的訊息，酒店也差強人意。
