Great service ! The reception is very nice. The net work is not working while we were there, which is a little bit disappointed as I couldn't watch the tennis at night.

Great hotel and room. We stayed in the King executive room which was very spacious and had a big balcony. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The beds were little unfortunately but overall I had a great experience.

it's mostly tidy and comfortable.There is washing room and pool. but there are just washing machine and dryer one of each. It's depens on if you can use them.

好喜歡凱恩斯啊！這家酒店位置特別方便！澳洲的生態保護的真好！從酒店走到碼頭和夜市都很近，最關鍵的是洗澡水特別大！ 我最滿意的就是洗澡水！還有房間乾淨白凈，位置好，打車也方便！哎呀真是太好了！ 中國的人都定這家絕對沒錯！

在凱恩斯看起來算是新的酒店了 房間很大 裝修也新 酒店的工作人員服務態度都特別好 離夜市和商超都很近 夜市那邊好吃的太多啦 地理位置很好

訂了三晚，第2晚門鎖壞了，開始打不開，我們淋雨回來好冷，在外面等酒店開門，後來鎖不上，第2晚因為太晚了，不方便搬到另一個房間，門沒鎖，晚上住的沒有安全感，第三天我們衹能搬到8樓，非常麻煩。特別讓我不可思議的是，他們的鎖壞了，給我們造成很多不便，從頭到尾，酒店沒有説一聲對不起，連道歉的意思都沒有，好像這是我們的問題，跟他們沒有關係，這服務太差了

娘３人と母親の私の4人で4泊しました。とても清潔感あるホテルで24時間体制なので朝早く着いて、荷物を預けて遊びに出掛けることが出来ました。朝食も美味しく、朝6:30〜10:00までやっているので助かりました。立地も良く、次回もベンソンホテルに泊まりたいと思います！

地點交通方便，離碼頭，火車站，夜市用走的即可到達，櫃檯人員親切熱情，早餐也不錯。有機會再來凱恩斯的話，還會選擇它

前台服務態度非常好，很有耐心，遇到問題，能幫及時幫忙解決。酒店地理位置很好，去碼頭、超市設施，夜市步行10分鐘左右都能到，重新裝修過，室內設施比較新，四樓有個游泳池。總之性價比不錯。

房間還蠻大的，環境也不錯，地理位置離碼頭走路十五分鐘左右，是一個老樓改造的，電梯洗衣房比較老了，其他還可以。
