Bay Village Tropical Retreat & Apartments recensioner

The room facilities are relatively old and the lights are dim. Slippers and toothbrushes are not provided. Shower gel and shampoo are of poor quality. The room was on the first floor and there was noise. It should be the sound of the air conditioner engine or other machinery. The breakfast is simple and does not provide the delicacies of various countries. It only has bread, fruits and some drinks. A separate deposit of 50 AUD is required upon check-in, or 100 AUD in cash.

A well presented accommodation with everything you need. I really liked the front desk hours. They are open till 10.30 pm. The only setback was that the wi fi didn't work.

3 nights sleep at this hotel was super comfy and very convenient. Thank you to the friendly staff ❤️

Hotel was amazing and in a great location! Everything was very neat and tidy and the staff were very helpful!

I don't understand how it's acceptable to have the cleaner banging on your window cleaning it at 8am. The response from the person on reception was quite poor. Just a thinly veiled apology and thatsbit. Never again.

Great hotel and amazing restaurant. An easy 20-minute walk into Cairns.

Not a bad location but the room smelled damp so had to be moved to another room which was two single beds

We booked Bay village for the good location. Didn't realise how convenient it was . We could walk to kmart and even to the cruise terminal for our skylovers cruise. For kuranda skyrail tour, they provided pick up at bay village, so that was one of our considerations when booking. There's lots of variety of food/restaurants within walking distance.

Not I’m expecting

Facilities are great, kitchen was a bit tired though. My only complaint was that both of the double beds had mattresses which had collapsed springs - time for a change.

設施太差，住在一樓，晚上發現百葉窗關閉不嚴，全部都漏光，院子裏的燈光明晃晃照了一晚上根本睡不着。

希望部屋と異なっていて、それはホテル側のミスなのに、自分たちで荷物を移動することになって、重かったのに…手伝ってくれずに困りました…階段しかなくて、スーツケースは運びにくかったです…荷物が多い人にはオススメできません！
