very weird stay since some mass. with help from owner of hotel, we managed the staying in ok.

This is the worst hotel I have ever been. The man at the reception is rude and uncaring. It is a 3 storied building and there is no lift. It happened I broke a bone on my foot during travelling and it was with great difficulty I managed. They didn’t care and put me on the 3rd floor. What is more they don’t supply milk in the room and we had to buy milk for our coffee. I think the man is either racist or hate customers. Do NOT stay there!!!

Easy to get to from the airport. Room had good facilities and plenty of room. However smelt when we first arrived, although we got use to it. Staff were friendly.

Air conditioner didn’t not work properly, barley cool enough to sleep! The room seemed tidy but smelled musty. The ceiling above the fans had so much dust bunnies hanging down we were afraid to put the fans on. We couldn’t wait to leave!

最差的酒店！！！沒有之一！！！ 第一差，衞生差，房間裏蟲子很多，沒有做任何措施，朋友們小心，睡覺的時候床上都有蟲子！而且房間內味道難聞！ 第二差，設施差，設施陳舊老化，還有一股發黴的味道，很難聞！ 第三差，服務差，因為空調在牆上有一個開關，我們不知道，找工作人員，工作人員態度巨差！！！酒店的員工都是印度人，他們很敵視中國人，而且竟然敢種族歧視！！！國內外去了這麼多地方，這是我住的最差的酒店！！！沒有之一！！！順便説一句，澳大利亞的印度人對待中國人很敵視，可能是心裏自卑，心理不平衡，凱恩斯當地的原住民也不友好，經常一起聚集到一起，而且眼神很兇狠！！！大家一定結伴而行！！！尤其是女生！！！千萬不要單獨出門，不要單獨去凱恩斯！！！

ケアンズセントラルまでは徒歩３０分と少し離れているが、海沿いを歩いて行けるので良かった。 エレベーターがないため、荷物が多いと大変。
