Al Masa Hotel Nasr City recensioner

Far from city , room not so good, Hotel big and inside many things to do like a bowling or any others , many restaurants , staff is ok for us , but can choose other hotel for NeXT time

Very big hotel with all the comfort you could need and want

Good location, friendly staff. Really nice territory and clean comfortable rooms.

The military runs this hotel. It is alcohol-free. People were smoking everywhere, which may or may not bother others. The breakfast and dining services were good. The room was clean but a little dated. The hotel is beautiful inside and out. The staff was helpful and always willing to answer questions and offer assistance. The reception desk is not manned 24 hours a day. I was disconnected/hung up on 3 times when trying to confirm that someone would be able to check us in when I arrived after midnight. I was told it would be fine but we had to wait for someone to check us in. The pool was great and we have no complaints. We had arranged a driver to take us on our tours so I am not sure if the location is good or not. Great hotel and would recommend it.

Good location, good rooms. Have to many places nearby. Will come again

Room was adequate. Room service was good and prompt. Had to ask for towels (which cleaners forgot to provide) multiple times.

The room was very good and the location is wonderful you have most of the internees all around you.

Best hotel I have ever stayed in my life , never had such level of service , there are worker everywhere and people ready to help you with a smile ever time you turn your head , the restaurants and the food was just amazing , i fell in love and if ever in cairo thats where I will stay ❤️❤️❤️

It’s close to the airport, great place to stay with a nice pool. There’s a seafood restaurant in the complex that I recommend.

Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Especially the staff who wearing blue work uniform,they call him Benmen maybe,he was really supportive staff,he is super nice,he taught me how to call the driver on the Uber and not be tricked by the driver.Everything he can help.I felt thankful to him.Also location was quite and safe.They have updated my room,the room was great and big enough,every room have balcony.The design of hotel was excellent.and there are cafe,cinema,shops.It’s very convenient. I felt so comfortable to stayed in AL MASA hotel. I will choose here if i go to Cairo again
