Staff attitude is really bad. If you have big luggage like us is highly not recommend to stay here. Room is so far away from lobby and taxi also hard to access (may be gps and the gate location issue). Actually is have some distance from airport due to gate is on one way street..When ask for luggage storage they will said too big to store. room is small and sound isolation no good.

Semen (male ejaculate) on the window was a disgusting surprise, but it fit with other problems (usb ort needed fixing & only worked with TV on, dreadful cold watery "alfredo" that had no spoon for tasteless sauce, demand for cash to pay room service that robbed me of taxi money I'd saved to see souk, disappointing breakfast with "beef bacon" a whitish chemical sausage, inedible noodles & boiled "curried vegetables" & general vibe that was creepy for solo female. Novotel in Abu Dhabi did so much better!

The reception services were excellent—friendly and efficient—and the morning call service was very reliable.
However, I did notice that the room was a bit noisy, which affected my rest. Additionally, the shuttle bus to the airport was slightly delayed, causing some inconvenience.
Overall, I appreciate the good service but hope these areas can be improved for future guests. Thank you for your hospitality!

Novotel Cairo Airport offered a convenient, if brief, respite. Proximity to the terminals is its strongest asset, ideal for layovers. The rooms were clean and functional, though somewhat dated. Service was efficient, though not overly warm. The breakfast buffet provided a decent selection. Noise insulation was adequate, minimizing airport disturbances. Overall, it's a practical choice for transit passengers prioritizing ease of access over luxury. A solid, reliable option for a short stay, fulfilling its purpose as an airport hotel.

Hotel has everything what you may need for your short stay nearby the airport: comfortable room, cozy pool, restaurants/cafe, ATM to exchange money or withdraw, small stores to buy water/snacks, free shuttle buses to the CIA (every 30 mins)

Average at best, room was dusty and carpet and furnishings were stained, bathroom sink was loose and hanging off the wall, non working air conditioning, room 360, we thankfully only stayed the night or we would of mentioned these issues. Perfect location in regards to the airport.

I was with 4 of other friends and we purposely stayed near airport for flying the next day. After 3 times of arguments the hotel finally admitted its mistake and confirmed our breakfast plan f the next morning.

This is the worst hotel with the worst service and the most unfriendly attitude I have ever stayed in. I have been traveling in Egypt for 3 weeks and stayed in 7 hotels. The manager and employees of this hotel have a bad attitude and it is difficult to communicate. The elevator was broken in the morning, so I called the staff to come. The staff came and pointed to a place and said "go" and then left. I didn't understand what she meant. In addition, this hotel cannot provide storage service. In fact, this hotel has storage service, but they are unwilling to provide to me. The attitude was very bad. They can explain it to me in a friendly way, and there is no need to inform me in the way of "warning" me. I feel very uncomfortable.
