The Nile Ritz-Carlton, Cairo recensioner

The stay at the ritz Carlton egypt hotel was more than good. We enjoyed the stay. It was unique. The service. The breakfast service and all its staff were wonderful. The reception service and the customer relations officers were all excellent and helpful. Thank you for receiving us. The wonderful reception.

Good hotel. We only stayed for one night without breakfast but we saved our luggage there for a few days. The service is quite good

One of the best hotel in cairo, location very good

When I checked in initially everything was lovely. They charged me $80 for an extra person in the room. The view was lovely and I was upgraded as a Marriot gold Member. The next day was not so lovely. I told them I would like to extend and was told I had to do that through Booking. What? Ok. So I rebooked with Booking and I guess they didn’t get the information. I showed them the reservation and that I paid. They called me incessantly and were rude as hell even though they had my Amex on file. It was ridiculous so I checked out and went to Le Meridian. So much better. Stay there. It is even connected to the airport. They have several restaurants and the staff is amazing. The view was lovely at the Ritz though.

入住的時候發生了一些不愉快的事情，我們訂的房型沒有了，前台居然給了我們更差的房型。還好後續和前台和攜程客服溝通後更換了套房（這裏給攜程客服一個大大的好評）。 新房間下水有問題窗簾有問題，換房間後行李一個小時沒送過來，去前台説了兩句，前台非常mean的回了一句這房間800刀一晚，你們還想要什麼😂我想一個設施沒壞下水正常的房間很過分嗎？不慣着外國人，直接給栗子寫投訴郵件。 第二天酒店客服經理親自來道歉問要什麼補償，沒要分，沒要求打折，啥都沒要，衹要求酒店未來幾天可以充分尊重中國客人。 可能是酒店前台招待的白袍子和old money太多了，我們這種普通旅遊客的在他們眼裡沒有服務價值😂 差評全是給前台的，其他工作人員一如既往的高水平。

在開羅這樣廢墟里長出來的城市，尼羅河邊的栗子還是有很多驚喜，到埃博非常方便，硬件跟國內以及其他發達國家相對比較新的栗子確實還是有一些差距的，但服務還是國際標準化的，早餐質量也不錯，但浴缸和淋浴都沒有可移動的花灑🚿有點兒尷尬。驚喜：1，入住當天恰逢埃及總統在，整條路戒嚴；2，倒時差6.30起床遇到的日出🌅
