Central location with 200m away from Egypt Museum and 5 mins to shopping area. Breakfast is good.

Location is at Cairo Downtown. Quite noisy as it is near the main street. Rooms were clean and neat.

The stay was good and the hotel has a lot of positives, only the carpets in the rooms and the chairs need attention in addition to the towels

Hotel location is great, breakfast is good, room is nice. However, there are some issues. The rooms have no openable windows, there is always a strong smell of air freshener which can’t be vented. Services are generally good, but there are some girls in the canteen pressurising for reviews after some average service while others silently work hard doing the services. 4 of us tried to play cards in the open area beside the pool as the room is stuffed with air freshener smells, but unfortunately we were asked to leave and do it in our own room. It ruined our experience a bit after otherwise a nice stay.

Situated in a well placed location, easy access to shopping, stations, restaurants, and all happening activities, the staff at the hotel are excellent, security and safety is another level, excellent breakfast spread all in all Steigenberger stand up for its name and stars.

Excellent facilities in the rooms. Notably, breakfast is also unparalleled in its variety and quality. The bellboys are very attentive and look out for their guests. Especially I would like to express my sincere thanks to the last bellboy I came in contact with. If I had to mention a disappointment, it would be a very small portion, but there were some staff members in the restaurant that showed glimpses of inexperience. When I visited the restaurant in the evening for a la carte, I was repeatedly asked if I was finished. Since this restaurant does not have a table system where the staff is in charge of the table, it is still a bit of a turn-off to be asked by more than one person. I also happened to see them in situations where they carelessly bumped or dropped dishes and broke them.

The location is unbeatable and the hotel is everything you would expect for something within this price range and hotel group. The pool is very nice and the poolside snacks and drinks are delicious.

Nice location in Cairo city, the Egyptian museum is on the other side of the road. Staffs are very helpful, but the lady who works at the restaurant is bit impudent. She asked me to write a review for her even though I didn’t receive any service from her😕

I like this hotel because of the location. It has a small pool but unfortunately pigeons love the pool as much as a customers and I don't like pigeons. They need to do something to limit the number of pigeons that like to drink the pool water. There is a machine that you can buy that pigeons hate the sound of and the people can't hear. The rooms are a bit small but they gave me a room where I could see the Nile the Ritz-Carlton and the Egyptian museum so ask for room at the end of the building. Staff is top-notch and goes out of their way to help you. Don't book tourist from the concierge it's a rip off. I've stayed at this hotel three times because of the location and the professionalism of the staff.

Nice international hotel, very near the old museum
