Buen lugar, limpio y buen servicio. Esta bien por el precio.

El desayuno estaba bastante bien. La habitación igual.

This hotel is really quite a nice choice for a quiet relaxing holiday. Its pool and pool area are clean and well maintained. The bedrooms are cleaned every day with clean towels always on hand. They also supply beach towels for the pool etc. We had half board, breakfast was excellent and the evening meal options were many and varied. Canteen style and to be fair we also ate out for variety. All in excellent facilities, friendly and professional staff who always had a smile. Cala Blanca is a quiet resort with a number of nice restaurants for the evening and a lovely small beach that's clean with crystal clear water.

We were pleased with the room. It was cleaned and was provided with clean towels everyday. The staff at the hotel were nice and Friendly. Now the negatives:- The food was cold. It didn't matter which meal either breakfast or evening meal, the food was cold. There was also limited choice. The set up is also not practical. You have to bunch up in each corner to reach the food as all the food was in a line against one wall. I observed many people walking around with nearly empty plates as there wasn't a lot of choice.I Another downside was that there were a lot of flies in the dining room. May be out of the staff's control but wasn't good. If the food was hot I would have rated it much more as the hotel itself is nice and in a quiet area. There was plenty of sunbeds around the pool and no one put towels on to save them. A nice positive.

We have been staying at Sagitario playa for 4 years ( 2019, 2022, 2023 ) and this year We always enjoy one of the best hotel and staff we ever seen, including this year from 7th - 16th September 2024 We would like to thank all the staff, mainly at the restaurants , the Colombian chef , Begonia and Mari at reception However this year wasn't the same room as every year, and NOT sure we will be back next year, as every year we get room 137, 237 . I always say in business that costumer is first and easy to keep a regular costumer BUT difficult to get new costumer my feed back comments as follow: 1- Despite sending a few emails requesting a nice room, similar the year before, we have been allocated a room with the street view, as have vertigo problem with road noisy , I had stated that to the receptionist, she wasn't friendly with us, and after loooong persuasion we have given room 001. 2-Room 001 toilet seat hinge was broken ,the shower leak water at the floor and ventilation to the bathroom apart from opening the window. 3- As the room at ground floor, we cant open the window, as flies enter the room 4- A few occasion we see and heard kids at our back window and front noisy coming from the back house/enter to the to the hotel. 5- On 11th September there was building work to next room 002 , for the door and we couldn't relax at all. walking from /to the room from the main building , the ground is full of birds dirt. The above is to bring to your attention , and we never had such experience in the previous year we always want a relax peaceful room for our wedding anniversary, and every year we get a congratulation card from the hotel , and despite indicated that in my emails , we got nothing this year!

In early July, we visited the Sagitario Playa. The rooms were clean, tidy, and comfortable. We found the pool bar staff extremely good fun, and efficient (even Juan). The pool was great, and the pool attendants seem to look after it very well. We like the smaller hotels where it's less crowded. The food was fine, although was probably not the best we've encountered. There was a reasonable choice but seemed much the same choices from one day to the next. Perhaps having a different theme each night would be good? The restaurant staff always seemed quick to clear the tables, even while some of our group were still eating. We would recommend the hotel, but if we were to revisit, would probably choose bed & breakfast, and eat out in the evenings, in the local restaurants
