The staff are absolutely amazing!!! They couldn’t do enough for us, it was our first ever holiday abroad and they made it so memorable that we are coming back in may this year 2025… food amazing… staff amazing and Menorca stunning xxx Bridget and team were fantastic. Myself and my son had never been abroad before and honestly were so nervous, however all staff at the Mediterrani make you feel so at home from the start…

Back from another amazing stay at the Globales Mediterrani, our 2nd time this year. We stayed in one of the junior suites again which had a pool and part sea view. We were there the last week of the season and I was worried whether the food would be as good as our first time and despite some of the negative reviews recently regarding the food we found it just as good if not better than when we went in May/June. It can be a bit repetitive at times but mainly just at breakfast and lunch. But in the evenings they did different theme nights and was always great. The hotel itself is so clean and well maintained, daily maid service with fresh towels each day. The best part about this hotel though is all the wonderful staff. I’ve never experienced such friendly and hard working staff in a hotel. The 3 ladies who were on reception were always so helpful and asking if we were enjoying our stay. The bar/pool bar staff were lovely and welcoming. Shout out to Joanna who was so professional at dealing with a drunk customer who was being extremely rude and aggressive to another member of staff and she managed to calm down the situation instantly. The 3 lifeguards were incredible with my 2 children, one of them often played football with my son and one of the others generally being great and playing with both my children. The entertainment staff work incredibly hard keeping both kids and adults entertained. Olga especially was wonderful with my daughter and made all the kids feel special. The restaurant staff work so hard keeping the dining area spotless. They all seem to work long shifts. Carlos who works in the restaurant, bar area, pool bar area never seemed to stop working. Was always very friendly and welcoming to me and my family and often came over for a chat. That guy deserves a promotion! Already thinking of booking to come back next year hopefully depending on availability.

Just got back from there yesterday. The hotel was great. Looks very modern outside with the clean white & blue colouring and that flows through into inside. The hotel has a comfy inside bar lounge area which is also used for the entertainment when the weather is not very good outside and leads out to a balcony with tables & chairs overlooking the pool area and entertainment stage. The large main pool was lovely. If you have difficulty getting in and out of pools using the steps this one has a walk down ramp. There are plenty of sun beds around the main pool and by the other 2 small pools. There is also a separate area full of sun beds. You can hire sunbed towels €20 for 2 which is a deposit and returned to you when you return your towels at the end of your holiday. If you want to exchange towels for new ones you have to pay I think it was €2 to replace The staff are very friendly and polite and seem to work none stop, especially during food service.They are constantly clearing away your plates and cleaning around. The food was lovely. You never went short of what to pick.Breakfast consisted of cereals , fruit , pastries , continental selection of meats / cheeses , a selection of breads, then your usual bacon , sausage,beans, mushrooms, fried & scrambled eggs , omelette, potato balls or tortilla, toasties Lunch consisted of individual salad items , made up salads , different soups each day , a selection of fruit , continental selection again of cheeses and ham , pizza , pasta , and then a variety of fish dishes, and meat dishes, vegetable dishes , potato dish , chips , meat or fish being cooked on a grill in front of you Desserts were beautiful.You had a selection of ice creams , cakes, individual trifles , mousses etc Dinner was the same but had a selection of different main dishes and desserts.They always seemed to have a different paella , whether it be vegetable, mixed meat or fish They have a themed table which was always different The drinks are good, especially the beer. If you want a table for the night time entertainment outside you need to get one early , they are usually full by 8 / 8:30pm I would definitely recommend the hotel. It has a quiet. relaxing vibe and the staff are friendly, they keep the hotel very clean, the pool is lovely , they try to put activities on at certain times throughout the day and you can’t fault the food.

Lovely hotel with everything you need nearby. Local beaches a nice little shopping area and bars and only 10euro in a taxi to the beautiful Ciutadella. The staff are attentive and helpful. Hotel is lovely and clean and great food. The beds were very comfortable. We had a room overlooking the back so it was fairly quiet. All in all a great hotel with fab staff.

Spotlessly clean upper midrange hotel Very tranquil location Not even a resort: three medium size hotels set with multiple villas, few shops, supermarket, car rental and a few bars/restaurants within easy walking distance, in a flat coastal area Small Cala/beach 100m away Bus stop to Ciutadella immediately outside hotel: a must do trip Lovely gardens Staff helpful and friendly Food was good, and as expected in an all inclusive hotel Room spacious and comfortable Beds comfortable Reps available beyond just welcome meeting Lovely coastal walks inc to Cala Santandria and even Ciutadella We would return without a doubt

I/we absolutely loved our stay. We are friends in our late 40s and we had an amazing time. We wanted relax not party, but entertainment and it was perfect. We met so many lovely people that we will keep in contact with I miss it already. We love talking g to people and the animation team were second to none they never stopped. All the staff we experienced were absolutely amazing. Would visit again in a heartbeat.
