Our third time at this beautiful hotel Nothing to fault Great location & the staff are exceptional You are greeted warmly by the reception staff & treated warmly & welcoming by all the staff there Location is perfect central to Cala bona & Cala millor Do not hesitate to book a relaxing holiday here Nearly everyone you speak to has been back & back again The staff , food , entertainment , rooms every thing you want for a perfect holiday We will no doubt be back again

Firstly a massive thanks from us (Jason and Annie) Just got back from another fantastic week at Bonamar! From the reception team to the catering staff this hotel just gets it right. Natalie, who organises your entertainment in the evenings and keeps you entertained throughout the day, is brilliant! The hotel just wouldn’t be the same without her! Without doubt we will return next year! There’s never a fight for a sunbed, there’s always a variety of good food and the staff work tirelessly to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible. Well done everyone at Hotel Bonamar!

Couldn’t fault this hotel at all . It is by far the friendliest hotel I’ve stayed in , all the staff make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive . Food is great , plenty of choice . Hotel areas and rooms are immaculate , location is amazing right on the promenade and best of all there are plenty of sunbeds at all times ! Would definitely return and highly recommend !

Our 5th stay in the Protur Bonamar and yet again we had a fabulous time. The staff are all friendly and professional. Victoria on reception was exceptionally helpful. Natalie is fabulous organising the entertainments and remains as dedicated to her role as ever. Mariano & Carmen and the staff in the restaurant were incredibly hardworking as always. The bar staff and cleaners all work so hard but keep smiling. We loved our sea facing room on the top floor too. We look forward to coming back again! We strongly recommend booking a stay here, perfect for couples.

This was our first stay at the Protur Bonamar, & it won't be the last. Everyone who worked there were efficient, helpful & friendly, couldn't fault the place. Big thank you to Natalie who was full of fun & made each day entertaining with her little antidotes. Can't wait to return next year. Well done to all the staff.

Our first time going to this hotel and this part of Mallorca. The hotel had only been open for the season for three days before we arrived but you would never have known. We had one of the rooms with a hot tub on the balcony which unfortuntately when we got in it we realised the jets weren't working. Im sure it would have been fixed but we only used it on our last night. The bathroom is right in the room with glass walls so its not very private and theres a sensor light that comes on when you go in so in the middle of the night its very bright so just bear that in mind if you are two friends sharing like we were ha. Reception especially Victoria were very helpful and friendly as were all the bar staff and most of the restaurant staff. The pool area was great and the hotel location was fab. Actually got into the hotel entertainment and the bingo each night and the cocktail of the day. The food choices were great and different enough every night and a good mix of cuisines. Would definitely come back for a few more nights again to relax. Cala Bona has a nice harbour but I was surprised with quite how many massive hotels there are and how "English" it was. We were some of the youngest people staying at our hotel....the average age range was about 70 so i think we provided quite a bit of entertainment ha.
