Beautiful hotel, clean, food very tasty, entertainment for kids amazing, different games for adults . Very good for families with kids. Staff friendly. Clean and big pool( for kids there were 2 pools), a lot of sun beds We spent 9 wonderful days on Easter holiday

The hotel and surroundings are lovely and location is very good. It is easy to walk to the seafront and the shopping & restaurant streets of Cala Millie. The room and surroundings were tidy and very well taken care of. It is easy to find car parking and the staff were super helpful. The only thing that lets the place down was the food. We have stayed in mid-price range hotels before (last summer Ferrer Lime Isabel in Cala Bona) where the food quality and range have been much better. The food was very catered for the German guests and often as vegetarians we were left to eat chips and salads. Also the food markings need to be improved , it was hard to tell what food had meat/fish/chicken. Also it seemed a bit odd that all the drinks in the pool bar were served from paper cups and you had to separately ask for plastic ones. There was a ban (which is good!) on filling up your own bottles from the machines but no one seemed to be reinforcing it. There were lots and lots of people doing it - which is not good for hygiene so maybe the staff could be asked to pay attention to this. However, I would warmly recommend the hotel for a family holiday as the hotel has a very relaxed, friendly feeling and value for money.

I'll start step by step... We were 2 adults and 2 children (3 months and 2 years old).‍‍‍ Hotel FOOD ➕️ The all-inclusive program absolutely matched 3*, I would even say it deserved at least 3*+. ➕️ Breakfast, lunch, and dinner always had a wide selection of food (hot meals, salads, bread, cheeses, vegetables, desserts). The repetitive menu mentioned in some reviews did not seem that way to me at all - the most commonly used sides (pasta, fries) repeated, but for example, rice and potatoes alternated. Sometimes there were spring rolls, sometimes raw sticks, etc. Definitely quite varied for a 3* hotel! ➕️ The food was constantly replenished, even if there were only 15 minutes left until the end of dinner, they replenished everything (including a huge salmon). Definitely no skimping on food. ➕️ I really appreciate that they try not to waste food here. What is left in the buffet often appears in some dish the next day. For example, salmon mousse, pastries filled with vegetable mix, potato pie. I find this very sympathetic and I support it. ➕️ Every evening there was something special for dinner, for example, an Asian evening (the chef prepared sushi in front of us), pasta mixed in Parmesan, grilling, chocolate fondue, and more. ➖️ The afternoon snack was not very rich and was the same every day (muffins, cookies, hot dogs). But it is a 3* hotel, so I don't rate it negatively. There was always enough food and it was always replenished, so there was enough for everyone. DRINKS ➕️ Branded sodas like Coca-Cola (classic, Zero, Fanta, Sprite) were available. ➖️ Juices are from concentrate, which is noticeable (it's a bit artificial). But again, if you don't like it, there are many other sweet drinks to choose from. ACCOMMODATION ➕️ It is an aparthotel, which is a brilliant way to travel with family. We had a standard apartment (not the premium one) and the equipment seemed great to us. We had a separate bedroom with a large double bed and then a living area with a kitchen, where there were two more beds/sofas. ➕️ A brilliant choice for families with children. ➕️ Cleaning was done every day and we were satisfied. They changed our bedding 3 times a week. They changed our towels almost daily. The bathroom was always cleaned, swept, and the beds made (and they didn't have it easy in our apartment - we traveled with two small children). ➕️ The surroundings between the villas are very well maintained, pleasant, and beautiful. ➕️ From our terrace, we had a direct view of the fountain. Beautiful! ➖️ Noise from the common areas during the evening program. It didn't bother us, on the contrary, we felt "in the action" even though we had to stay in the room because of the sleeping children. But some might have a problem with it. ➕️ Great animation team. There was always something to do. ➕️ The splash zone for kids is absolutely amazing. Kids aged 1-6 will love it. ➕️ Bubbles at the main pool. Very pleasant. ➖️ The main pool is quite full. We had a premium suite which was okay. It had a large terrace and a nice view of the fountains. A place intended for families with children. Swimming pools adapted for children, no free places on sun bed. What was worst! That was the food. Tasteless, very small selection, the same every day. The worst quality products. Very not tasty, I don't recommend it!!! I can t call IT all inclusive. For me it's a waste of money. I do not recommend.

Great hotel with wonderful staff. Delicious food, every night there is a special theme for dinner: live cooking, sushi, tacos and kebab day. Everything is fresh and tasty. Rooms are spacious with free air- conditioning. We stayed in a family suite and is was superb. Very thorough cleaning, the hotel and surroundings are very well- kept. The hotel is located 10 minutes on foot from the beach and promenade. Interesting shows every night - great entertainment( flamenco night, acrobatics show and others). All the pools including splash pool for kids are safe and well-maintaned. The staff is the greatest highlight of the hotel, they are so helpful and so thoughtful. Highly recommended for a family holiday!

We had an exelent time staying at Aparthotel Ciudad Laurel for 3,5 week in April 2024. Very serviceminded employes, and the rooms/ apartments was for us absolute very Ok. The only small thing was Wifi,,, sometimes coming and going, but possible to live with 😀. Thanks a lot for a good stay, we will come back !,
