Staff fiendly, attentive and helpful. Food excellent - great choice and restaurant always clean. Apartment spacoous and well equipped. Main pool and splash park great for kids and adults alike. 9- y/o daughter loved evening entertainment. Courtesy bus to Cala Millor beach a bonus. Great for families.

Beautiful hotel and location. Perfect for families. Rooms (studio) were large and very modern. Staff were very pleasant. Food was plentiful and something for everyone. Only downside was the infestation of ants on our balcony, so much so that we couldn't use it. I didn't complain as wasn't hotels fault, these things happen and when I looked at my neighbours they were the same so no point asking to be moved. The entertainment was aimed at families and children so we went into the main centre. I'd recommend this for families. There was 3 pools and one of them was a little adventure pool with waterfalls and slides for kids.

We travelled as a family of 3, with a 3 year old toddler. This is very much a family hotel; there were a few groups of *grumpy* adults obviously wanting to enjoy some peace and quiet, this is not the hotel for you if this is what you are looking for!! Good points; - Hotel was very clean, rooms and facilities - Cleaning staff were very polite and friendly. Most bar staff and restaurant staff were friendly, some would appear to have the ‘end of season’ vibe and not as interested but still polite generally - Great pool facilities, 3 to choose from depending on what you want - Lifeguards at all pools from 10-6 and all appeared attentive - Good range of activities for everyone - darts, water polo and aqua aerobics were a firm fav with the adults - Evening entertainment was up and down some better than others, the Disney night by the hotel’s own entertainment staff however was FABULOUS and enjoyed by all. Credit to them! - Toddler enjoyed the mini disco and staff were so lovely, remembering the children’s names - There was generally a wide range of food, it got a bit repetitive but we were there for 2 weeks so this is to be expected - Toddler really enjoyed the children’s self serve area in the restaurant - Spirits were mostly branded rather than local, with generous measures! - Fantastic location with easy walking distance to shops, bars and restaurants - On site supermarket was reasonably priced and had essentials - Room was over looking the splash pool so away from entertainment, however was lovely and quiet with balcony door shut despite being so busy outside Bad points; - Al a Carte booking is included once a week for the holiday. The availability of this however is very poor, only open Monday-Wednesday and has to be booked up ages!!! in advance, we tried to book at the beginning of our holiday for the following week (2 week stay) and the only time available was 20.15 which is not feasible with a toddler. We therefore couldn’t try this as we wanted to - Only a few cocktails available as part of the all inclusive package, would be nice to have more variety - The hotel ran out of ice lollies, both those included in the all inclusive and branded lollies that can be paid for. Not ideal that these were not available for the 2nd half of our holiday - Not necessarily a bad point but something to consider - there is a *quiet* road in the middle of the complex, which you are required to cross to get from the restaurant to the entertainment. There is a zebra crossing however not all cars acknowledge this, so just be mindful with little ones - Toddler went to kids club on one occasion (to break the day up) as was interested in the arts and crafts session. Toddler reported she enjoyed it, however staff were slightly off putting stating that most of the children were not English speaking so it could be isolating for her. The staff were honest which I was grateful for, however it is something to bear in mind if you have children that would be attending kids c

Mallorca Mar is in a lovely residential area but must admit, we missed not having a beach there but, with brilliant help from the barman Alejandro, we discovered local beaches close by. All staff were so pleasant & helpful, we met lovely people & had a great week.

Here for a few days with my father. My review is based on the following, The room is perfect and we have an amazing sea view. Location is great Very clean Plenty of sunloungers Buffet restaurant has plenty of choice Free shuttle bus into Cala Millor beach Pleasant receptionists Although this is a perfect hotel for families with young children, not all guests are families with children and I felt it lacked a quiet bar area. There is a very large bar area with children’s entertainment ( which is great for families )
