Aparthotel Ferrer Lime Isabel

Just returned home after a 10 night stay. Lovely quiet location just 10 minute stroll in cala bona itself. Spotlessly clean, friendly helpful staff, good selection of food on all inclusive - only issue we experienced was with some of the meat being very fatty and not cut/sliced very well on the hot counter (big chunks) which spoilt it completely. Free safe which was great as we have always had to pay previously. Rooms cleaned and towels changed daily. Rooms were a fab size with a fridge and air conditioning.²

We stayed here for 5 nights and it isn’t what it advertised at all. There is no food served at the pool bar as stated on the website, the staff are rude both on reception, pool bar and in the restaurant. We stayed here half board as we were told you could buy food at the pool bar but this isn’t the case, there are no facilities in your room either to make any food, this includes hot and cold food. The food served in the restaurant is average with very little choice, the same things are often repeated every night. The hotel is also advertised as having a park with swings and a sun shade, this is also not the case. It has a single very steep slide, no sun shade and is incredibly run down. They also advertised a kids club and mini disco which never happened, therefore no entertainment for my little boy. All in all this has been a poor stay and I would not stay again.

Just returned from a fab holiday at the Ferrer lime isabel. On arrival the receptionist was really polite and helpful. Room was lovely and spacious with pool view. All the staff are very friendly and efficient. Room cleaned every day. The food was really nice, always something tasty. Evening entertainment was good. Never a shortage of sunbeds. Not far to walk into cala bona which is really pretty. Didn't want my holiday to end. Will be booking for next year.

Decent location, average apartment. Food was good considering this was a 3 star, alot of options and tasted good. The entertainment was pretty naff and if you go all inclusive there are still some things you need to pay for. You can get the local vodka and lemonade for free but we had to pay 4.5 euros for a mojito. Which wasn't a massive problem but all of the all inclusive resorts we have been to before have offered literally everything all inclusive. I also think the staff could have been friendlier. I think the hotel and area suits older couple's.

We had a brilliant week at this hotel. We were a little apprensive after reading some of the reviews, but we didnt need to be. The hotel was brilliant, brilliant staff, great location and the people made the holiday. The room was spacious for two adults and two small children (3 and 6), with the sofa bed being comfortable. The room was kept spotless by daily cleaning, the the girls loved the cleaner leaving them towel art and sweets. The little touches make the difference. We had an issue with a leak in the bathroom, and I have never seen maintenance staff move so quickly to resolve the issue. The restaurant is like any all inclusive, but the food on offer was excellent. Always something to please fussy children, and the breakfast was probably a favourite for everyone. The pool area was kept clean, and I need to shout out the amazing life guards who were on duty each day and engaged with the children and even helped my accident prone child several times and always with a smile on his face. The entertainment staff were friendly, and the mini disco was a hit with the younger kids. This is just a short walk from Cala Bona along the seafront with made for perfect evening walks and you were then in the bustling harbour. We had a brilliant holiday and would return to the hotel in the future :)

I can't fault this hotel. It was kept spotlessly clean. The staff were all friendly and very welcoming. The food was always fresh and enjoyable and although we were half board we found the drinks prices very reasonable. I wouldn't hesitate to book this hotel again.
