Excellent value for money hotel where the staff are the most helpful and friendliest I have come across. Great effort is taken to make the hotel spotlessly clean with our room immaculate. We stayed in the annex which is a 2 minute walk from the main hotel and hosts the pool. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The cleanest hotel we've ever stayed in, with the most family friendly staff possible. Lovely rooms, with a recent makeover and a fabulous hot breakfast. We'd love to come back and stay with you again.

Well, I really can't fault this lovely hotel. The breakfast was gorgeous, much better quality than your standard hotel buffet breakfast. With something a little different added everyday. The staff where all so kind and helpful, even the cleaning lady was happy to chat! We loved Michael the barman, so funny. The rooms where lovely, spacious, clean. The area was quiet and peaceful with birds chirping in the morning. It was just the perfect distance walk from the busy main town with lots of options for restaurants and cafes. The umbrella rental for the beach is a great touch also. We attended on a climbing holiday and this hotel is perfect in location for all the climbing spots, 20 - 25 minutes drive. We feel like we've found the perfect hotel for a future trips so we will definitely be back! Thank you to all the staff for our stay.

My husband and I recently stayed here with our 4 month old son, our first trip abroad! The hotel was exactly what we had hoped for and more. The staff were so friendly, especially the housekeeper who made sure our room was lovely and clean daily. The room was a good size, even with a travel cot in. We were also impressed with the quality of that and our son seemed to be a fan too! We stayed in the main building so the pool was a 2 minute walk around the corner. The pool area was also very clean and relaxing, a great little sun trap. The hotel itself is a 5 minute walk to the centre, and 15 minutes to the Marina. There is also a large supermarket 10 minutes walk in the opposite direction. If I had to think of any downside it would be that were was no lift, however this didn't really impact us and we were told we could leave our pushchair on the ground floor to save taking it up and down the stairs. If we return to Cala D'or we will definitely be booking to stay here again!

Abbiamo prenotato circa 6 mesi in anticipo pagando comunque per una stanza doppia in alta stagione (prima settimana di agosto) 130 euro al giorno. Tale prezzo sarebbe stato giustificato a fronte di servizi di buona qualità, adeguati alle 3 stelle dell'hotel, dei quali invece non abbiamo fruito. Di seguito alcune critiche: 1. Abbiamo trovato la stanza con un livello di pulizia basso. In particolare, sabbia ai bordi della stanza e ragnatele nei punti alti. 2. La nostra stanza era l'unica senza balconcino coperto. Per cui quando è piovuto i panni che avevamo lasciato fuori ad asciugare si sono bagnati. 3. La pulizia e il cambio delle lenzuola sono previste ogni 7 giorni, a mio avviso troppo poco per un hotel 3 stelle. Lo avrei potuto capire qualora si fosse trattato di una struttura di rango inferiore. 4. Il receptionist presente nelle ore serali (parla in inglese con accento tedesco) si é dimostrato arrogante e poco attento. Appena arrivati alle mie domande ha risposto in modo sbrigativo come annoiato. Successivamente una sera quando gli ho chiesto un cuscino in più ha risposto con una scusa altamente improbabile, ovvero che lui non aveva le chiavi della stanza biancheria e che era sa solo alla receptionist. Non credo non avesse realmente le chiavi e per prendere un cuscino avrebbe dovuto assentarsi al massimo 5 minuti. In quei 5 minuti avrebbe potuto lasciare un cartello e comunque io lo avrei aiutato a presidiare la postazione. 5. Il letto a una piazza e mezzo é inadeguato. 6. L'aria condizionata funziona male. Non può essere impostata la temperatura sopra i 24 gradi e non può essere dosato il livello di ventilazione. Tra i lati positivi, la colazione (da pagare a parte 10 euro) che risulta molto ricca e di buona qualità (latte, caffè, cappuccino, cereali, dolci, vari tipi di pane, marmellate cresce, uova, formaggi, affettati, frutta fresca yogurt, spremute e tanto altro) e la posizione (al centro di Cala d'Or in una via silenziosa. Per concludere sconsiglio anche Cala d'Or troppo turistica (meta per lo più di inglesi e tedeschi) e poco autentica rispetto ad altre zone della zona Nord dell'isola.

Servicio excelente, desde la dirección del hotel y de todo su personal de servicio. Ubicación buena para visitar zona sudeste de la isla. Cerca centro Cala d'Or pero lo suficiente alejado para tener tranquilidad sin bullicio, por lo menos en Junio. Habitaciones confortables y con la comodidad para una estancia que combine turismo y playa/piscina. Desayuno excelente, mucha variedad y servicio de comidas disponible, ya sea al mediodía o por la noche. Todo muy limpio y cuidado hasta el mínimo detalle. Buena organización, zona piscina muy limpia. En general, muy recomendable para una estancia tranquila y un trato cercano.
