Hotel Calimera Fido Gardens

Wonderful bank holiday break. I travelled with my husband and 14 year old son for 3 nights over the bank holiday weekend. This hotel is a little gem. The first thing you notice is how clean and cared for this hotel is. No it’s not one of the flashy glitzy places and it doesn’t need to be. What it does have is quality. Every single member of staff here is attentive, polite and looks happy, there’s no feeling of pressure and no one is rushed or on edge. The reception team are amazing and always happy to help, the bar and restaurant staff are fun and engaging and the entertainment team are stars. The thing that struck me here was the quality of the food and drinks, they are 1st class. Huge variety, we loved the sweets buffet and ice cream stations, the creative dishes and the tea time gyros. The cocktails are all freshly made and delicious. Pool area is beautiful and plenty of sun beds for everyone. We had a late flight home and there was a shower room to use and we could use our all inclusive bands until we left. We could tell from speaking to the manager, how much he cares about this hotel and his guests. It shows! They are doing an amazing job. Fabulous hotel, beautiful location just far enough away from the hustle and bustle. Gorgeous cove and beach next to it and the little train to town stops outside. You couldn’t want for any more ❤️

Best in Mallorca , good for the family big pool and enough space to eat . Rooms are clean and so is the rest. Definitely a good choice if you want to visit Mallorca. There’s a beach 5 min away and the the shops/places to rent vehicles are very close as well

Utterly fantastic , the hotel itself is ran with very high standards! Manager was around especially evening meal and after! We had our little girl with us age 6 and particularly liked she could eat ice cream all day! Food for children was excellent! We were all inclusive and the food was fantastic and so much to choose from and varied every day! Standard of alcohol drinks both at bar and restaurant was excellent! Although you have to serve yourself for drinks at meal time once even meal was finished waiter led and all part of inclusive package! Also served sprite Coca Cola Fanta etc amongst other things! We only came for 4 nights and that suited us perfect! Maybe 5 nights next time. The choice of pools just wow wow wow, all had a life guard, and the best selling point the pools opened at 10 and hardly anyone out putting towels on beds! This was a game changer for us, we normally hate all inclusive and package holidays but this was in a different league all together! Our rooms cleaned every day they could do with an upgrade but beds were comfy! Staff are so friendly no matter where you go and put your needs first! Entertainment was really good at night and kids loved it! Even though it was busy you really couldn’t tell because of the 3 pools and so many available beds as extra if needed! You can walk to shops beach and other bars about 5 min walk all well priced! We will be back again next year thank you all so so much we couldn’t have had a more relaxed and fun holiday! Everything from the rooms, restaurant, pools and staff was excellent, I couldn't find fault with a thing. The food was superb with a great choice for everyone. A special mention to the manager who went out of his way to make us feel extra welcome and made time and effort to speak to you. Hopefully booking again for next year.

Come as a family of 3 for a long weekend Friday to Monday for my birthday. On arrival had a free upgrade on room for birthday. 😎. Hotel is lovely and tidy, staff constantly cleaning and generally being very friendly and helpful. Lovely pool area that would be great for younger kids. Food loads of choice and constantly topped up fresh. Rooms were tidy and beds really comfy. Only slight downside there was no tv in bar to watch sport. Again staff more than helpful to give advise where to go. Overall pleased and happy 4 days! 😎

this hotel is a very quiet and clean place. the rooms are spacious and very nicely equipped. we have to praise the staff the most. they are nice and helpful. whenever we need something, they will help. thank you very much for a wonderful experience
