Sentido Fido Tucan - Beach Hotel

Absolutely best hotel ever. staff are great friendly and always polite Rooms cleaned every day Food is wonderful different theme every night And very near beaches and shops Came here for our honeymoon in 2023 and returned with family in 2025

The rooms are clean and comfortable. My friend and I got all inclusive and the service was really fast especially at the blue bar. The food was nice but could have been served warmer. Overall a really nice hotel and good entertainment. I would stay here again xx

Booked a sea view room, arrived 11 pm got to room at 12pm to find we were looking at a building. As well as this the room smelt horrendous of damp. Went down to night porter who was very grumpy and unhelpful! Told to go back to room until he could find another one! Got a call at 12:30 saying “We better leave that room as it was as other guests needed to go in it and it wouldn’t be cleaned!” Moved to another room which still smelt damp (all the second floor did). This delightful room had toilet water all over the bathroom floor and still no sea view which we paid extra for! We were told to stay in the smelly water logged room over night. Didn’t get any sleep as had to put shoes on to use bathroom and the damp mould smell was too awful to even sleep! Finally got moved at 10:30 am the next morning. This was a sea view room and didn’t smell! Got a free evening meal for our inconvenience. Cheers! Had 10 days here as Jet 2 were unable to move us due to everything else being closed. This isn’t a 4 star hotel, it’s a bit tired and needs work and many areas smell of mould, dirty mops or food! Bar prices are quite steep too. Pool smells like a greasy spoon cafe due to the snack bar. Don’t dare go direct to the snack bar as you’ll be grunted at and pointed over to the bar with a spatula! The double beds round pool shown on the pics are chargeable as are the towels on certain days, we were told this the morning we left! All in all disappointed.

Very nice hotel with good service and friendly staff. Water gym and water zumba was exelent, energetic and fun. We participated every day. Water Gym leader Maria was very inspiring. The breakfast and dinner buffet was exelent every day. We really enyoj our vacation.

I stayed at this hotel for a week together with my mother, and we both had a very pleasant experience. The location is ideal as a base to explore the area. The rooms were clean and well-maintained. The only minor point was that the fridge or cooler could have been a bit colder. The food—both breakfast and dinner—offered plenty of variety. If I had to suggest one improvement, it would be that the food could sometimes be served a bit warmer. All the staff were very friendly, but I would especially like to mention Lidia. Every morning and evening, she welcomed us with a warm smile and genuine kindness. Staff like her truly make a difference and added greatly to the quality of our stay.

Perfect location. Spotless Hotel. Miguel and staff very welcoming. Idyllic location Literally 5 min walk from beach and then centre. Buffet breakfast fantastic. Totally safe at night. Looking forward to booking again next year. I would thoroughly recommend here. I went with 2 friends.
