In a sunny position on top of a hill, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, traffic calmed area, 500 m from the edge of the forest, 10 m from the sea, from the beach, road to cross, north-east facing position. For shared use: outdoor shower. Private: small garden with wildlife garden. Patio, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access, WiFi, air conditioning, washing machine, tumble dryer. Public car park at 50 m, public parking on the road. Shop 100 m, grocery, supermarket 150 m, shopping centre 200 m, restaurant 50 m, bar 100 m, bakery 200 m, café 50 m, bicycle rental 300 m, pub garden 100 m, 5 minute walk to the centre, bus stop 200 m, sandy beach "Cala Molins, Cala Carbó" 20 m. The location is very good! Interhome cannot change the fact that the town is polluted with a few 'giant hotels'. The apartment is as expected, but the owners should investigate the mold smell in the back bedroom - and maybe boil the shower head in vinegar
