Great hotel, great sea view, great breakfast

Excellent staff very helpful and kind. Great Location beautiful atmosphere. Lovely food and clean.highly recommended.and we definitely it’s a place that you like to go back and visit again. We have been travelling everywhere and happy to discover an amazing paradise .

Fab hotel in a beautiful location. All of the staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. Beds are comfy, aircon works well, good size bathroom with shower head over bath. Just lacking tea/coffee making facilities in the room. There is a small fridge. The breakfast was excellent, lots of variety plus omelette station! We were b&b but paid for the evening meal buffet one night and wasn’t disappointed either. The pool bar and lunch/snack menu were also great and you can take drinks into the beach (served in plastic cups). The drinks at the bar were the cheapest we had in the resort. Was able to arrange car hire direct from the hotel and had no problem finding parking down the road. The hotel may not look as fancy as its neighbour but it certainly has more heart and soul.

this hotel is excellent choice in this area. food quality and choices is outstanding. breakfast is full of choices and deserts are baked with love. dinner time is also full of qualty and deserts are amazing. there is a sister hotel nearby which is more expensive but I belive they share same kitchen this is my it is so tasty here and you can save so money. i have been to that sister hotel last year and I can tell that this hotel is better choice because room size is bigger here , swimming pool is same size but it is not so much overcrowded here. i highly recommend this hotel it is a gem . the best value for money. also the beach is amazing

Spent a week here as we returned to Ibiza to look at wedding venues. Cala saint Vincent is stunning and this hotel overlooks the beautiful beach there. There are a few restaurants in the area- on the beach and the boathouse are brilliant. I would recommend you rent a car if you are staying here, unless you’re happy to just lay and relax as it is a quiet area. We always found parking which is a small walk away. Breakfast was good, there was a lot of choice and I was really happy I could get fresh omelettes when I wished! Staff were brilliant, special shout out to Christina who really looked after us- 5* service. We had a slight issue but it was resolved immediately. All staff were very friendly and spoke fluent English. 100% value for money. The hotel is a little dated but for the price you pay it is more than worth it! Also I saw a review about someone having their sunglasses stolen and was a bit scared. We moved rooms and I left my fiancés bank cards in the old safe- reception informed us of this slightly afterwards!!! So definitely no concerns from me! Thank you all for looking after us, can’t wait to return!!

Fabulous hotel. Staff very friendly, food good...lots of choice. Comfy beds. Very clean with maids every day. Rooms rather narrow with internal connecting doors on most rooms which was annoying..could hear next door snoring etc , no privacy. Would choose Grupotel again but ask for no internal door room .
