The accommodation was very clean,food wasn't good either cold or not much variety,the staff were extremely friendly,we were on the 4th floor above the kitchen which was very noisy and also the hotel nextdoor the entertainment was far to loud unfortunately both myself and my husband fell ill on the day we were going home with sickness and diarrhea and are both still suffering and unable to go back to work

Just left here after a 4 night stay. The hotel itself is in need of an upgrade which I believe will happen for next year. It is very clean the cleaners work tirelessly to have it at the high standard. We went all inclusive. The food wasn't great. We swerved most meals. I do not believe this is an issue with the chefs but rather an issue of the poor products bought. I ordered a mojito and was served some green thing with 1 ice cube in it. The coffee is almost undrinkable. We where on the 1st floor right above the kitchen and every night/morning I was woken at stupid o'clock with a delivery or bins being emptied. Cutlery and plates being cleaned people yapping. The staff seem friendly however I found them to be quite rude. And kinda miserable looking. But this could be because it's the end of season. The location is perfect. Close to the beach and all amenities.

Spent a week here with family. Arrived in the middle of the night, although friendly night receptionist, very slow at checking in. Found our rooms easily, very very basic, but clean and tidy Beds and pillows need updating, even if the rooms stay outdated. Rest of the hotel is still dated, but more keeping to your normal 3 star hotel. All staff super friendly, especially Gregory in the restaurant & bar ( fab karaoke singer) And Sara, who organised the entertainment. Never seen a girl so smiley so much! Truly loves what she does Food and drink were good quality for a 3 star all inclusive hotel, but there’s so much choice within a short distance id probably self cater if we returned. The views are spectacular, and for the price we paid, you couldn’t fault it! Literally 5 minutes walk to the beach down some steps and a short pathway. Beach was stunning Noticed so many other reviews moaning about the hotel being outdated, but if it gets re modernised prices will go through the roof, I’d be happy to return as it is

We were a bit hesitant about booking this hotel after reading the reviews however so pleased we decided to go and see for ourselves. Yes, the hotel rooms are a bit tired. However, they are clean, and the beds are comfy. Air-conditioning was perfect, made the room nice and cool plus it was silent. Food could be better, but we've never been to a 3 star hotel and been overwhelmed with the choice of food. Having said that we always found something we enjoyed. All staff are lovely, very polite and attentive. The location of this hotel is simply the best! Beautiful beach right on the doorstep. Bars, shops and restaurants 5 minutes away. It is also just a 20 nunute walk to Cala d'or with plenty restaurants, shops and nightlife. All in all we had a lovely time. I'm pretty sure we will be back!

My mum and I stayed for 6 nights on an all-inclusive basis in September 2024. Before booking, we had read previous reviews, which all mentioned the slightly tired condition of the hotel. So if you are looking for a luxurious hotel experience, then this place probably isn't for you. Whilst the rooms are lacking some of the things you might expect from a hotel room these days (mini fridge, kettle with tea/coffee (you can ask for a kettle at reception), they were immaculately clean and stayed that way for the duration of our stay thanks to the stellar efforts of the cleaning team. We were lucky enough to stay during a quiet period, so we didn't notice any noise (apart from that coming from the hotel next door!), but we can appreciate the walls aren't that thick, so it might be noisy if you are close to people who are not considerate of others! The food is plentiful and caters to most tastes. As other reviews have mentioned, there is not much variation, but the food that there is is delicious, and you probably wouldn't notice this unless staying for over 7 nights. The all-inclusive bar offerings are fantastic! We didn't have children with us, but if you are thinking of coming here with your young children, then there is a fantastic woman who provides amazing entertainment for them—there were discos and face painting in the evenings and games during the day. Unlike some other hotels I've stayed at, this woman was genuinely enthusiastic about her role and had a real affinity with the kids.  The hotel is located a few minutes walk from a good selection of shops and restaurants. More importantly, is it located a one-minute walk to the beautiful beach of Cala Ferrera. Most importantly, the staff in this hotel are absolutely AMAZING! I have never experienced such attentive and kind service as I did at this hotel. When we arrived it was just past 9pm. Upon our arrival we were greeted by Pau on reception, who gave us the warmest welcome. He made sure we got to the dining room before dinner closed so we were able to get something to eat, and then he sorted our check-in and brought us our room key. This experience was the norm at this hotel, not the exception. All of the staff were friendly and happy to help in any way they could. From what we observed, they all seemed to be a really tight team, and it made for such a wonderful atmosphere and vibe. Shamefully, we didn't get the names of other staff, but to be honest, every single one of them was a star. We were told that this hotel will be closing for a refurbishment at the end of the 2024 season. I hope that the staff are retained, because they are the absolute best! Hope to be back again!
