What a fantastic holiday! Great location - short walk to the beach, 10 mins walk from local bars, shops and restaurants. Same again to the main resort centre - with an handy tourist bus (looks like a train). Everything you need close by. All staff were friendly, helpful and gave excellent service - Reception were very knowledgeable, George was great and sorted a different room for us due to an issue with steps. Angel and his team gave a warm welcome every day at the poolside bar and the lifeguard was attentive, always walking round the pool to ensure guests safety. We will return!

The hotel was lovely. The staff were helpful and many went the extra mile to make our holiday so relaxing. From the Management, Receptionists, pool staff, especially Demetri; the restaurant staff, especially Yusef and Laura and the cleaning staff were great. We were in the adults only area and our balcony looked down on 2 of the lovely pools. We were able to join in with swim aerobics, yoga and relaxation sessions with the hotel's helpful instructor.

Lovely hotel. Pool area is very clean, rooms too. Staff are very kind - Evaristo in particular looked after us very much and was always helpful and nice to talk to! Lovely man. Location is great, not a far walk from Cala dor centre where there is many bars/restaurants. Also only 6-7 euro in a taxi.

Mar Senses Natura Olea is a relatively small boutique hotel, for adults only and offering a quiet and secluded environment. It contrasts quite starkly with the traditional larger hotels catering for the masses. There is good entertainment on some evenings carried far and wide in the still evening air but the predominant atmosphere throughout the day and night is one of uninterrupted peace. Although the hotel is located quite close to Cala Ferrera - one of several sandy bays that are the hallmark of Cala D'Or- it is about one and a half kilometres from what could be described as ' down town' and at least 2 kilometres from the very attractive marina. Marsenses Natura Olea could scarcely be described as central. However guests might find that conceded in what appears to be quite competitive tariffs. We had 3 executive rooms with balcony overlooking the pool. The hotel cannot offer sea views. The accommodation was mostly spacious with good sized living area, including kitchen and separate bedroom. The term ' spacious ' could not be applied to the bathroom however which is certainly not designed for the comfort of a larger person. We found the rooms to be very clean and well serviced on each alternate day of the stay. This is perfectly adequate. There is no customary information guide in the rooms. That is a disadvantage. The dining area is modern and aesthetically very pleasing with fine views to mountains beyond. It includes an area for al fresco dining if preferred. Buffet style breakfast and dinner offer a satisfactory range of choices. Fresh orange juice in the morning is a welcome departure from most hotel norms. Hotel staff in general are helpful and friendly - notably Josie and Sara in reception; and Sara, Youssef, Christian in the dining area – and especially Evaristo in the dining room and the poolside bar. Delightful people. The hotel pool is not expansive but was never crowded so again exudes a restful aspect. However around it there is a major drawback: the number of sunbeds available is hugely inadequate - around 40-50 sunbeds in a hotel with 70 rooms. This therefore encourages the towel-on-beds reservation method from early morning. It was not uncommon for there to be no sunbed available by the pool after 8.am. There is no apparent urgency on the part of the hotel management to address this. There is another pool on a separate level but one has the sense it is for those with rooms bordering it. Although in retrospect we might have chosen a more central location, overall we received good service and good value for money. Pity it is not practicable to bring your own sunbed.

Wonderful stay. Staff cheerful, helpful and courteous. Apartment basic but clean. Food very good and were helpful supporting gluten free coeliac requirements

Just back from a weeks stay, it was absolutely amazing, we were 3 adults, room was spacious, beds comfortable, plenty of storage and clean. There was a good selection of different food for breakfast and dinner, all delicious. Couldn't fault the staff, all extremely happy, helpful and work very hard. Can’t wait to go back, one of the most relaxing holidays we’ve had, obviously the weather was a bonus ☀️☀️
