Apartment with space, a balcony with sea view and a beautiful location on the seafront of Cala Ferrera. Aging apartment, with outdated equipment (microwave, washing machine and rusty fans) and a damp bathroom with water flowing under the glass.

Clean apartment except for the shower with mold. Kitchen equipment cheap and thrown together. But from the balcony a very nice view.
