服務還不錯，就是我們訂的三人房間，有兩天都衹有一個杯子，工作人員也沒發現，問前台又給的。充電插口不是很好用。早餐很豐富，不錯。陽台很大，這一點很好，但是三人住陽台的椅子衹有兩個，希望可以增加一個。

We have just spent 4 nights in a pool side room. The rooms are spacious and clean but furniture and bathroom are dated. Hair dryers provided but not powerful. Safe deposit box provided free of charge and a very small fridge. Rooms cleaned daily. Very good air conditioning. Comfortable beds. Lovely spacious terrace overlooking the pool and beautiful gardens with chairs, table and retractable washing line. We arrived around midnight after a late flight and hadn’t eaten. The gentleman on the desk kindly made us a pizza. It was frozen and not the greatest but we appreciated it nonetheless. Breakfast was nice with a reasonable amount of choice, although the same every day. Lovely friendly waiting staff at breakfast. The only real downside was its location. It was a 15 minute, uphill walk from the marina/centre. Very disappointing that we weren’t told that the hotel laid on a mini bus down to the town (although not very regularly). We only found out from reading previous reviews too late into our stay.

Beautiful resort. I cannot emphasize that enough. The gardener was out every day. It is stunning. The staff were INCREDIBLE. Couldn't do enough for us. They were chatty, loved talking to our toddler and giving her lots of attention. The manager was so kind and helpful. To be honest all the staff were. The cleaners were wonderful. They couldn't speak a word of English but we worked around the language barrier fine, they adored our daughter and one even gave her little kisses each time she saw her. Anyway that is the staff. The breakfast buffet was amazing. There was so much choice and it was beautifully displayed. They cater to vegetarians and coeliacs very well. The rooms look a little dated but the mattress was so comfortable. I slept amazing while there and I suffer from insomnia!! Laundry service is €15 for a fairly large bag and is ready the following morning all clean and not creased. The only thing I can say that is negative is we were supposed to be poolside but were not. This is an issue we will take up with *********** though. Manager was so good and changed our room. All in all. Spectacular place. 15 min walk to beach / marina. 2 small supermarkets 5 minute walk. Oh and the wildlife is stunning. We had swifts flying down to the pool when we swam. Collared doves, hooded crows, swallowtail butterflies. Highly recommend!!

The hotel grounds were the best aspect, beautifully kept so all credit to the gardeners. Pool was brilliant with plenty of sunloungers. We stayed in a room on the ground floor just a few steps from the pool which was a great choice since it had a covered terrace (sun shade) with outdoor furniture and and retractable clothes dryer. Room was basic but had everything you would need and was cleaned daily. Beds were comfortable. No tea/coffee making facilities but kettle provided on request. Choice of supermarkets within 10 mins walking distance. Town centre/beach within 15 mins and a pleasant walk. Breakfast was average and the same every day although there was plenty but choice limited and lots of sweet foods as per usual in Italy (cakes, biscuits). We did not eat dinner at the hotel as the dinner menu did not appeal to us. Outdoor seating areas uncomfortable with low tables and chairs. Overall, a pleasant experience.

This is a beautiful hotel and better than the pictures 😍 My room was well cleaned and to a great standard with a powerful shower. The pool is so relaxing and calm and a nice area to chill out all times of the day. All the staff are lovely and always there to help, Francesco especially was very helpful and always about if I needed any assistance. It's a lovely place to stay if you wanted more of a relaxing vibe for your holiday. I will definitely be returning 😊

This was excellent. A boutique resort, but far more boutique than resort. Pool is great and not too crowded, service is brilliant and rooms (on the first floor) are charming and clean. Lovely AC. Restaurant and it’s head server “Peppe” is really good. Place is located in walking distance to the town, no problem. Breakfast is included and really fine and varied. People who stay here seem to be civilized and resourceful. Pick this if you want quality and want to avoid the masses and mass sing-a-long resort vibe that larger places can give you. We felt really lucky staying here with our three small kids.

Overall acceptable but clearly one of the weakest hotels in our entire stay. The rooms were reasonably comfortable but aircon wasn’t great. The pool area quite pretty though the bar service was awful, including very subpar drinks. Overall expensive for quality

Die Anlage ist schön angelegt - im Grunde um einen Pool - die Zimmer ( hatten Premiumzimmer)sauber aber auch nichts besonderes . Angenehm ist auch die Ruhe in der Anlage. Abzüge gibts für die Rezeption - haben mit „ allem nix zu tun -nein Reservieren im Restaurant ginge nicht - Frühstückszeiten für Wanderer (diese waren etwas früher) nicht mitgeteilt. Das Resaurant erst um 19:30 geöffnet - nach langem Wandertag zu spät - sonst gabs halt nix dort. Abzüge auch für das so angeprießene Frühstück - da war sehr einseitig und 1 Sorte Käse aus der Plastikverpackung. Keine Regionalen Produkte ! Sehr langweilig - und ein Kaffeeautomat , der nicht funktionierte - eine Brühe von sich gab, die nicht zu trinken war . Für das Restaurant bzw.Frühstück würde ich nur 1 Punkt vergeben . Es ist schön dort - aber klein und die Fotos versprechen mehr .

Hotel curato nei dettagli nulla da dire,vorremmo sottolineare il ristorante ma soprattutto la colazione ,frutta da discount cappuccini e caffè fatti da una macchina da cancellare, e il fatto più negativo e il personale, ci controllavano quello che mangiavamo ,arroganti e insolenti soprattutto la maitre di sala ,per esserci portati via un paio di uova sode e due prugne ci a fatto delle osservazioni pesanti davanti a tutti , per essere clienti non è bello , un dispiacere la colazione.

Net aangekomen. Dit heet een resort spa. Het mag die naam niet hebben. Kamer met duur en geen enkel uitzicht. Zit nu voor het hokje en erger me mateloos aan de klereherrie van het tentenkamp hiernaast. Echt niet te geloven. Deze geluidsoverlast staat uiteraard in geen enkele beschrijving vermeld.

Una vera bomboniera, hotel dallo stile particolare ben curato, con una bellissima piscina e ristorante da leccarsi i baffi (gestione separata) La colazione nel complesso ottima c è un po' di tutto, però non ho trovato prodotti vegani o per allergici. Personale veramente gentile e disponibile. Potessi dare un suggerimento non lascerei aperta 24 ore la piscina perché si sa il mondo è pieno di cafoni, e potrebbero non essere rispettate le ore notturne di silenzio, ma fortunatamente ho visto uscire le ultime persone alle 22.30 quindi ad un orario fattibile. Non nascondo che l' atmosfera raffinata e tranquilla della cena sia stata un filo turbata da ragazzini che si lanciavano a bomba in acqua. Camera pulita e molto carina nell arredamento, tutto perfettamente funzionante, ho trovato il materasso un po' troppo molle ma è questione di abitudini.. Ho trovato più turisti stranieri che italiani, peccato perché credo sia uno spreco, gli italiani capiscono di più in termini di ospitalità ed eleganza. E a mio avviso si comportano meglio ( bambini tedeschi mamme comprese che tiravano pallonate tra le sdraio) ecco era meglio un campeggio per voi. È stato nel complesso un piacevole soggiorno e mi sento di consigliarlo...a gente per bene.

Très joli hôtel. Les chambres sont meublées avec du mobilier traditionnel sarde (attention aux avis qui le qualifient de "vieillot", personnellement, je ne vais pas dans ce type d'hôtel pour avoir de l'Iķea...). Personnels d'accueil et de service très gentils, avec une mention particulière pour les deux jeunes femmes responsables du petit-déjeuner ! L'hôtel est très propre (chambres, salle de restauration). Très belle piscine entourée d'oliviers centenaires, de magnifiques bougainvilliers. Petit-déjeuner en self-service, copieux et pris face à la piscine. Merci pour le fond musical très doux et très agréable ! Le centre est à à peine 10/15 min à pied (port et départ pour le golfe d'Orosei). Nous recommandons vivement cet établissement.

Hotel in ottima posizione e ben curato pulito in stile classico sardo. Piscina molto bella e grande. Fin qui tutto ok nota dolente la colazione decisamente non all’altezza della struttura. Poca scelta, prodotti da discount, brioche tipo industriali, niente cappuccino o espresso ma solo da macchina self-service se arrivavi a fine orario (9:45) non trovavi alcune cose perché finite. Il ristorante è gestito separatamente e questo non è bene per un 4 stelle stesso menù tutta settimana bisogna per forza andare fuori per variare anche perché non avevano alternative a quello proposto in carta e solo dolci niente frutta ad esempio. Osservano un giorno di chiusura in alta stagione mi sembra strano. Personale cordiale. altro punto dolente il materasso non troppo comodo modello vecchio a molla e aria condizionata rumorosa posizione proprio sopra il letto.

l'hôtel est joli, il a fallu réclamer le renouvellement savon, shampoing, que l'on a eu une seule fois... assez loin des plages chambres sombres, pas du tout insonorisées, on entend tous les voisins. petit déjeuner très décevant, pas de choix, salade de fruits en boite, jus de fruit eau diluée, tout est sous vide, pas de choix par rapport au prix, la qualité du service n'est pas du tout justifié
