We returned home on Sunday after a relaxing week at this beautiful hotel. This hotel is run by friendly kind staff in every department from the moment you enter . Always a friendly smile and chat no matter how busy they are . The food in all the restaurants is delicious and so well presented, In a wonderful location of Pine forest and a beach. With so many things to do, cycling, running, horse riding, and many local walks there is something for everyone. Although plenty activities in the hotel the area is quiet so not for party animals. A perfect place to relax and unwind. 5* to everyone and we look forward to returning .Thank you

The hotel is fabulous with great food both choice and quality. It’s the perfect place to relax and unwind. The facilities are fabulous and I would recommend the selection club for the extra luxurious touches. The staff in the hotel are all fabulous but special mention to Anita from the la a carte restaurant, Jose from the bar team, Ben from reception and Bernhard from guest services. They all made our stay that little bit more special.

cant say enough about how much we loved our stay at this hotel. The 'grown up' atmosphere of this hotel is refreshingly peaceful and relaxing. No loud music by the pool or discos , Attentive, friendly , and polite staff who work incredibly hard. There are plenty of activities to take part in if wanted and the animation is very good. The food is diverse , well presented and delicious. The only gripe we had was watching a guest being allowed to take rucksacks and trays of food from the restaurant. at every mealtime. an excessive amount . which seemed odd as the hotel has a no waste policy . Despite this , we cant wait to book our next holiday there

Paid for Selection Club waste of money! Advised we would be WhatsApp’d within 24 hours to see if all was well. This did not come until day 3/4. Immediately raised concerns about the room as we got placed in block 4, sub level. Our room was 4005 directly facing Willies bar and a large row of recycling bins. Room didn’t feel safe as very close to the bar/pavement it was dark, dingy and was very noisy. Willies bar seem to have dogs which bark loudly everyday sometimes at midnight. Room had no air conditioning (despite it being in the period where air conditioning should have been available) - no fan offered as an alternative. Smell of cat urine outside our block. Several resident cats roaming around block 4. Visited the “exclusive”selection beach club only to be told we weren’t allowed in there by a very insistent staff member. Booked a spa appointment - attended at the scheduled time to be met with a closure sign until 10 minutes after my scheduled appointment should have begun. Also following this appointment had to remind the salon staff that I was eligible for a selection club discount - despite the staff knowing this they did not mention the discount - I had to ask. Additionally at every meal there was one lady taking around half an hour to fill at least 5 Tupperware tubs with food - also taking whole cheesecakes, full trays of cookies, full bowls of fruits, 20 slices of bread, full trays of pastries - the list goes on. No regard for other diners were made. Full plates cleared and packed into boxes and a very large rucksack by this lady. Lots people noticed this - it was very odd - this lady seemed to be a guest but her behaviour was very questionable. Staff were asked about this but were dismissive. Raised these issues with Bernard the selection club manager who tried to placate us with a meal voucher at an ala carte restaurant at the sister hotel which was all inclusive in any event!!!!! Admittedly accepted that selection club guests were not happy with block 4 room allocation, a recent change which was being reconsidered. Other guests had issues also they too got the standard meal voucher by way of an apology. No room change was offered despite the hotel seemingly being less than half full. A last ditch attempt to speak to the manager on our penultimate day. We turned this down as we felt the damage had already been done. Sadly positives about the hotel were overshadowed by mishap after mishap. We certainly did not feel like we had a vip selection club guest experience.

Another great week at the hotel. It was our second visit and we weren’t disappointed, food and drinks as good as last time, evening entertainment was varied and different each night, and room was excellent. We were surprised by a room upgrade on arrival which made this trip very special, we had a roof terrace with sun loungers, hot tub and and a bed to relax on, overlooking the main pool area and grounds (room 1208) which we used every day- thank you! Sofa in the room was great, the bed was so comfortable, it made it hard to get up every day. Excellent staff in all areas. Overall a lovely relaxing week, just what was needed, can’t wait to come back, already booked for next year!

Although we weren’t very lucky with the weather, the hotel with its facilities were amazing. The Spa treatment was perfect and the staff so kind. We used the gym, hired the electric bikes for a day and made use of the indoor pool facilities on the rainy day. The food was plenty and had good options for vegetarians too. All in all it was a great hotel.
