Great location at the first line to the sea. Unbelievable breakfast and wide range of food. Swimming pool was good but due to many tourists it was not easy to come in. Many older tourists and this make hotel quiet and not much noise.

Han sido súper amables desde la recepción y los del bar, hasta las chicas de la limpieza, pilar que bonitos detalles nos ha dejado en la habitación. Doy un 10, el único fallo es q era un poco fria la habitación.

Amazing hotel with clean rooms, good food, interesting evening entertaining programs in the evening and very friendly and helpful stuff. I recommend this hotel, I've been here for 3 times already. Hotel has a good location as well, there are few mini markets, restaurants and bars around. The beach is clean with amazing crystal clear water.

Happy Family and Happy Customers i would like to thank to Mr Lucas for the Day 28.08.2024 because it was my best day in my life . Hotel is Good has few Problems but i was Happy The Problem was the Minibar wasn't Full with Beverages and The Receptionist on The Checkout Day has not tell us we Should be 30 min before the Bus arrives at the hotel entrance . Overall, my stay at the hotel had its highlights but also a number of areas that could be improved. Starting with the positives, the location is convenient for those who enjoy a quieter area. Access to the public beach is just across La Rambla, which is pedestrian-only, so there’s no need to worry about traffic. The beach itself is decent but may not be ideal for everyone. Much of the beachfront near the hotel is rocky, with only a few safe access points to the water. This often leads to crowding in these small spots. If you're traveling with small children, I would recommend the Alcudia area, especially around El Muro Beach, where the conditions are better suited for young kids. There are also two supermarkets within 20 meters of the hotel, which was a convenient bonus. The swimming pool, however, is quite small, so if you're planning to spend a lot of time lounging by the water, this might not be the best option for you. The food at the restaurant was generally good, especially if you enjoy Spanish cuisine, though I might be slightly biased in that regard. On the downside, while some of the restaurant staff were extremely professional and friendly, a few were less courteous, which detracted from the overall dining experience. One of my main concerns was the air conditioning in my room, which didn’t function properly. I reported the issue to the front desk, but the only response I received was some instructions that ultimately did not resolve the problem. This led to an uncomfortable first night, and while the cooler outdoor temperatures helped on subsequent nights, I would have appreciated better support from the hotel staff. Additionally, there were security concerns. The door leading to the rambla was often left unlocked, making it easy for anyone from outside to enter the swimming pool area. Lastly, while the hotel clearly caters to a large German clientele, I feel that the focus on one specific market creates a somewhat imbalanced atmosphere. Staff often spoke German to us by default, which could be off-putting for non-German-speaking guests. It would be great to see the hotel strive for a more diverse and inclusive atmosphere, welcoming guests from other European countries as well. Public transportation is easy and convenient. The A32 bus from the airport costs under 8 euros and takes about 1.5 hours. You can simply use a contactless credit card to tap in and out of the bus for each passenger over 2 years old, which made getting around hassle-free. In summary, while there are conveniences to this hotel, there are also some critical issues that need addressing. Depending on what you’re looking for, this may or may not be the best choice for your stay.

The hotel was clean, beds comfortable, personal friendly , kind and helpful. Breakfast and dinner was really nice. The public bus stop was near the hotel , 3-4 minutes., the centrum with many shops and restaurants was 10 minutes walking . We really enjoy our staying in the hotel.

It's a very nice hotel and there are friendly people working in it. The location of the hotel right next to the beach is lovely. The breakfast buffet is very good and there is a lot of choice. Only the swimmingpool/area is to small for so many people.

Superb view from balcony. Excellent dinner, warm pool, nice evening shows with special guests. Funny aquagym.

The hotel was directly on the beach promenade and had great sea views from the side rooms. The view was amazing both during the day and during the night. It was very clean, the cleaning ladies came everyday and left plenty of towels and toilet paper and made sure everything was spotless. The food was incredible, with a large variety of choices and great fish and seafood.
